$50,000 Cash Grab
Terms & Conditions:
1. The major promotion, $50,000 Cash Grab, will commence on Ssaturday September 1st 2012, 10am
and will conclude on Sunday October 28th 2012 at approximately 5pm.
2. To be eligible to enter into the promotion financial members of Caboolture Sports Club must win $5 or more on a poker
machine at Caboolture Sports Club, with their membership card inserted, OR spend $5 or more at any one time at the
Caboolture Sports Club s Bars, Bottleshop, Bistro or Cafes, or Centenary Lakes Spor and have their
membership card swiped when making the purchase. Entries close on Sunday October 28th 2012 at 4pm.
3. Members will receive one (1) entry ticket for each $5 won whilst playing the gaming machines or one (1) entry ticket per $5
spent on food and beverage at participation areas of Caboolture Sports Club & Centenary Lakes Sports Club.
4. Once the person is eligible, a ticket is automatically generated and is placed in the entry barrel, located in the Foyer of
Caboolture Sports Club.
5. Members can enter as many times as they like during the promotion when they meet the criteria.
6. The draws are split over two (2) months, September & October.
7. During September there will be four (4) preliminary draws. The draws will take place at Caboolture Sports Club on Sunday
September 9th 2pm, Sunday September 16th 2pm, Sunday September 23rd 2pm & Sunday September 30th 1pm. At each
preliminary draws there will be four (4) draws, at 2pm, 2.40pm, 3.20pm and 4pm or until a winner is found.
8. During October there will be four (4) preliminary draws. The draws will take place at Caboolture Sports Club on Sunday
October 7th 2pm, Sunday October 14th 2pm, Sunday October 21st 2pm & Sunday October 28th 2pm. At each preliminary draws
there will be four (4) draws, taking place at 2pm, 2.40pm, 3.20pm and 4pm or until a winner is found.
9. All preliminary draw winners will each go into the cash vortex where they will grab as much cash as they can within 30
seconds with a maximum of $250 cash per person. Plus they will enter into the monthly major draw.
10. Preliminary winners from Sunday September 9th, Sunday September 16th, Sunday September 23rd and Sunday September 30th
will go into Septembers Major Draw which will take place on Sunday September 30th from 3.30pm.
11. Preliminary winners from Sunday October 7th, Sunday October 14th, Sunday October 21st and Sunday October 28th will go into
Octobers Major Draw which will take place on Sunday October 28th from 4.30pm.
12. All preliminary draw winners must attend their allocated major draw to be eligible to win a major prize. At each major draw
preliminary winners will be asked in order, from winner one (1) to winner sixteen (16) to enter into the Cash Vortex. Inside the
vortex will be envelopes. Each winner must select one (1) only envelope and hand it to the promotion host who will announce
their prize. Inside each envelope will be one of sixteen cash prizes.
13. At each major draw the following major cash prizes will be won, 1 x $10,000, 1 x $5,000, 1 x $2,000, 1 x $1,500, 2 x $1,000 and 10
x $ 100.
14. Cash prizes over $1,500 will be paid with $1,500 in cash and the remainder by cheque.
15. A member can only win one (1) prize at each preliminary draw. Once a member has been selected they will be ineligible to
win another prize until the next scheduled draw date.
16. Members drawn out of the barrel have two (2) minutes to claim their prize from the specified draw area. If a winner is not
found during this time a redraw will occur.
17. Major Cash Prizes total $43,000
18. Preliminary prize draws total a maximum of $8,000.
19. All winners must be present at Caboolture Sports Club on draw dates and times to win a preliminary draw.
20. The draws will be drawn by an unbiased staff member performing each draw.
21. Whilst all care will be taken, Caboolture Sports Club will not be responsible for any lost entries caused by malfunctions or
problems relating to the club s ticket printers.
22. The total promotional prize pool is valued at a maximum of $51,000.
23. By partaking in the promotion, winners agree to have their picture taken for use in promotional items, including the Club s
magazine, Community Connect, club websites, and other advertising.
24. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
25. Caboolture Sports Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to
indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
26. The Management Committee, Management and Staff of Caboolture Sports Club Inc are ineligible to enter the promotion.
27. Management s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
