Win a diamond ring competition - terms and conditions
This is a genuine draw. There will be one draw conducted, from which the first drawn name will be the provisional winning entry to win the diamond ring prize. Three further entries will be drawn and recorded in order of draw. Should the first drawn entrant not be reasonably contactable then the winning entry will default to the second entry drawn... and so on until a winner is drawn and contacted successfully. Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd may determine with its absolute discretion what constitutes “reasonably contactable” for the purposes of this condition.
By agreeing to the conditions each entrant gives permission for Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd to use information gathered for direct marketing purpose. Metal Urges undertakes not to supply, sell or otherwise provide this information to any other business, individual or group.
Metal Urges reserves the right to remove any entry that is deemed not in the spirit of a fair draw or competition. Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd may determine with its absolute discretion what constitutes “the spirit of a fair draw or competition” for the purposes of this condition.
The holder of a drawn entry will be required to provide sufficient personal identification corresponding with the information on competition entry prior to awarding the prize. Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd may determine with its absolute discretion what constitutes “sufficient personal identification” for the purposes of this condition.
Metal Urges Fine Jewellery Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for any entry not received by Metal Urges as a result of misdirection, ISP failure or otherwise.
The draw will take place on site at Metal Urges on Saturday, 1St December 2012 at 12pm EST. Entries close 30th November 2012, 12pm EST. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.
The valuation figure of $5,000.00AUS is a retail replacement figure and may be redeemed as jewellery product from Metal Urges only. This figure will double to $10,000.00AUS if the winning entrant is visible on Metal Urges’s Facebook page and listed as ‘Likeing’ Metal Urges at the time of the draw. Screen captures of the Metal Urges ‘LIKE’ list will be taken at the time of the Draw.
Metal Urges accepts no responsibility for any loss suffered by an entrant as a result of entry in this competition.
Metal Urges reserve the right to significantly alter or amend terms and conditions and other information relating to the competition at any time and or cancel the competition without notice at any point.
