Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place in place of the original draw. Winners will be notified via email and will have their names published on our Facebook page.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

Loan Car Agreement
The Company (AP Ford Pty Ltd ABN 43 010 602 383) is prepared to lend The Borrower (Customer & / or Driver nominated above) a motor vehicle (Loan Vehicle nominated above) subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
The Borrower shall not lend the vehicle or allow any person to drive the vehicle, other than a person authorised in writing by the Company;
The Borrower shall indemnify the Company for any loss or damage caused to or by the vehicle which occurs whilst the vehicle is in control of or driven by a person other than a person authorised by the Company;
The Borrower shall indemnify the Company for any loss or damage caused or contributed to or by the vehicle whilst in possession of the Borrower to the amount of the Company’s current insurance excess of $1,000.00 (Incl. GST) OR the cost of repairs, whichever is lower;
The Company has the right to require, in any manner & at any time, the immediate return of the vehicle by the Borrower & the Borrower shall return the vehicle to the Company or to a person nominated by the Company in the same condition the vehicle was provided, subject to reasonable wear & tear;
The Borrower shall be responsible for & indemnify the Company against any fines or penalties incurred whilst the vehicle is in the custody of the Borrower, & the Borrower / Driver agrees to their Driver Licence being endorsed for any loss of points resulting from any traffic violation;
The Borrower shall indemnify the Company for any loss or damage caused to or by the vehicle should the Borrower or other authorised persons be intoxicated whilst in control of the vehicle;
The Borrower SHALL NOT ALLOW SMOKING or the CARRYING OF ANIMALS in the vehicle & shall not travel more than 2,000 km in the vehicle;
