1. STANDARD TERMS
1.1 Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.
2. WHO CAN ENTER?
2.1 Subject to clause 2.2, entry is
open to all residents of Australia 16 years of age or older where the Channel Seven signal and its affiliated networks (“Affiliates”) signals are received.
2.2 Employees and immediate families of Seven Network (Operations) Limited and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 The Competition commences on Thursday 6 September 2012 at 17:00 (AEST) and
concludes on Monday 24 September 2012 at 17:00 (AEST) (“the Competition Period”).
3.2 In order to register for and enter the Competition users must enter via
http://au.tv.yahoo.com/competitions/mrsbrownsboys. Online entrants will be required to register their details including their name, full address, age, postcode, state, daytime phone number and email address and provide an answer to the question;
“Describe in 25 words or less your favourite Mrs Browns Boy’s one liner and why.”3.3 Entrants may enter as many times as they like, however no scripting is allowed for online entrants. If scripting is detected, the Promoter may deem all entries from those entrants invalid and conduct a re-draw in accordance with clause 5.1
3.4 Entries must be received by Monday 24 September 2012 at 17:00 (AEST). The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received though the Yahoo!7 database
3.5 Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter the Competition.
3.6 Entries remain the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use their entries in all media worldwide and acknowledge and agree that they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4. PRIZES

Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.
4.3 In accepting a prize, all winners and in the case of the Major Prize Winner, their travel companion agree to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and all winners grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.4 The Major Prize winner and their travel companion agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation including the internet.
4.5 It is a condition of accepting the Major Prize, that the Major Prize winner and their travel companion comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and Promoter’s requirements.
4.6 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions, the Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and are not transferable or exchangeable. The travel companion nominated by the Major Prize winner (as outlined in clause 5.1), once nominated are not transferable.
4.7 The Major Prize winner must be 16 years of age or older and must provide valid identification to the Promoter. If the winner of any prize is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw then they must be accompanied by a parental or legal guardian for all elements of the prize.
4.8 The Major Prize winner and the runners up grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
4.9
The Major Prize winner and their travel companion must commence and complete their travel between the following dates; 2 December 2012 until 7 December 2012 (inclusive). There can be no changes made to travel arrangements once itineraries or tickets are issued, including no name changes. The Promoter will inform the Major Prize winner of their flight times and dates no later than 5 weeks before scheduled departure.
4.10 As the Major Prize airfares and accommodation are subject to availability at the time of booking, the Major Prize winner must confirm their travel dates and times no later than 30 days before departure.
4.11 Any changes made to the booking by the Major Prize winner or their travel companion, including extending the trip, are at the Major Prize winner’s expense and must be arranged by the Major Prize winner.
4.12 The Major Prize winner and their travelling companion must travel on the same flight, at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney) for flight departure to London Heathrow, United Kingdom. The Promoter will not be liable for any cost arising from or otherwise related to delays or cancellations to the connecting flight(s) booked by the winner, or their travelling companion, either to or from the nominated capital city and their residence. All booking and costs related to obtaining, amending or otherwise concerning the connecting flight(s) to/from their residence and the nominated capital city are the responsibility of the winner.
4.13 Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses related to the Major Prize become the responsibility of the Major Prize winner and their nominated travel companion. Subject to the prize as itemised in clause 4.2, the Major Prize winner and their travel companion are responsible for all expenses including but not limited to spending money, transfers, meals, room amenity charges, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, in-room video, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, insurance, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports and all other ancillary costs. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the prize winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
4.14 The Major Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Major Prize winner is unable to use the prize or any element of the Major Prize as stated. If the Major Prize is not utilised by 2 December 2012 it will be fortified.
4.15 No replacement will be made for any loss or theft of Mrs Brown Rides Again Belfast Odyssey Arena - on either Tuesday 4th December or Wednesday 5th December tickets.

4.16 Travel insurance for the Major Prize winner and their nominated travel companion is not included in the cost of the prize and is highly recommended to protect against any unexpected costs arising during the participation of the Major Prize. Taxes and government charges are not included and must be paid before tickets are issued. All taxes are the responsibility of the Major Prize winner.
4.17 Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the Major Prize winner and their nominated travel companion.
4.18 The Promoter may require the Major Prize winner and Runners Up and in the case of the Major Prize winner and their nominated travel companion to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity in the form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
4.19 Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.

5. HOW TO WIN
5.1 There will be one (1) Major Prize winner and ten (10) Runners Up prize winners, selected from the national pool of Qualifying Entrants. On Wednesday 26 September 2012 at 15:00 (AEST) the ‘Channel Seven Marketing Team’ will select the one (1) Major Prize winner and ten (10) Runners Up based on the quality of their answer to: “Describe in 25 words or less your favourite Mrs Browns Boys one liner and why.” The ten (10) entries deemed the next most creative as determined by the Channel Seven Marketing Team will each win one (1) Runners Up Prize. Each entrant who has entered the Competition in accordance with these Terms and Conditions within the Competition Period and by Monday 24 September 2012 at 17:00 (AEST) will be entered into the competition (“Qualifying Entrant”).
5.2 The winners will be notified by a phone call within two days of their selection, and a letter advising the winner of their prize will also be express posted.
5.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
5.4 The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions, subject to government legislation. In these circumstances, an additional winner will be selected from finalists by the ‘Channel Seven Marketing Team’.
5.5 It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Major Prize winner Runners Up and/or their parent or guardian may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. For clarity, this release may include, but is not limited to, terms which allow the Promoter to publish the winners’ names, states and photographs on a third-party website, publication and/or on Facebook.
6. NO LIABILITY
6.1 In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
6.2 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, MNET Group Limited and their associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
6.3 Seven Network (Operations) Limited, MNET Group Limited and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the entry process;
b) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail;
d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
e) in relation to failure of an entry being received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion; or
f) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any internet connection or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
6.4 Seven Network (Operations) Limited associated agencies and companies assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to state government legislation.

6.5 If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
7. PROMOTER’S DETAILS
7.1 The Promoter is Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) of Level 2, 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009.
7.2 Entry details remain the property of the Promoter. Seven Network (Operations) Limited (ABN 65 052 845 262) and its related entities (“Seven”), is collecting the Qualifying Entrants’ personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Competition (including but not limited to determining and notifying winners), and, if you consent, for the purpose of Seven sending you promotional and direct marketing material in relation to Seven’s programs and products and services available through Seven and its business partners. The Qualifying Entrant may request access to his or her personal information by writing to Seven Marketing, Seven Network (Operations) Limited, 38-42 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, NSW 2009.
