Conditions of entry
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Submission of an entry is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
Entry is only open to Australian residents. If an entrant is under the age of 18 they must obtain prior consent from their parent or legal guardian to enter and the parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. Failure of an entrant’s parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release under this clause will invalidate all of the entrant’s entries.
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences at 5.00pm AEST on 3 September 2012 and
closes on the 1 Oct 2012 at 3pm. Prizes will be drawn at Holler Sydney, Suite 5, 30 Boronia Street, Redfern, NSW 2016.

There are 500 Clearasil PerfectaWash units available, there will be 17 Prizes given away per day for 22 days and 18 prizes per day for the last 7 days of the promotion. The prize is one Clearasil PerfectaWash unit, retail value $19.99 AUD. The daily availability of Prizes is spread out during the course of each 24 hour period. If a Prize is not available at the time an entrant clicks the "I'm up for it, send me a free PerfectaWash" button, the entrant will not be able to continue but may attempt to enter again during the Phase 1 entry period.
If a Prize is available, the entrant will be notified immediately and will be presented with an entry form. To receive the Prize, the entrant must input the requested details in the entry form including their first name, last name, email, mobile, and postal address and submit the fully completed entry form. The Prize will be sent by post to the address provided on the entry form.
Entrants may attempt to claim a Prize multiple times, however there is a maximum 1 Prize per person.Other Conditions
If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize or Prize to the equal value and/or specification, unless to do so would be prohibited by law.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant and remove any entrant's entrants from publication if they submit an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of use of automated entry software) or if they submit an entry that the Promoter, in its sole discretion, deems to be offensive, inappropriate, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the competition. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to all matters relating to this promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
Total prize pool value $9,995 AUD.The Promoter shall not be liable for any prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the promotion.
Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Nothing in these conditions of entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these conditions of entry would contravene any statute or cause any part of these conditions of entry to be void ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these conditions of entry all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition, including, without limitation, the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax implications; and/or (f) a prize or use of the prize.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, Prize suppliers and for any purpose required under Australian lottery legislation or any other regulatory authority.
