HypeDC Pty Ltd is giving away 25 $200 vouchers valid for use at Shubar Shoes and Hype DC online stores to 25 lucky Facebook fans that win our game of skill competition.
How to Enter
1. Successfully complete the competition entry page found via the Shubar Shoes Facebook Page
www.facebook.com/SHUbarshoes with the required information.
2.
Complete the following sentences in 25 words or less and the most creative answer wins;

b. My most memorable pair of shoes was…

e. My dream shoe closet would be…3. A “Panel of Judges” selected by the Promoter will choose the most creative responses as the winner.
4. Note the following criteria:

One entry per person for each sentence (a-e).
b. Originality is key. Use your creativity as we will be looking for the most unique responses. The Prizes

There will be five winners for each sentence, and each winner will receive a $200 voucher valid for use at Shubar Shoes and Hype DC online stores.
2.
Total prize pool $5000. Conditions of Entry
1. Entrants must like the Shubar Shoes Facebook page to enter.
2.
Entrants must be Australian residents and must be over the age of 18 years.
3. Employees and immediate family of HypeDC Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter.
Dates
1. The entire competition starts Monday 10/09/12 and
ends on Monday 22/10/12.2. All entries must be received within the 5 rounds of competition:
Round 1 is from Monday 10/09/12 - Friday 21/09/12;
Round 2 is from Monday 24/09/12 - Friday 28/09/12;
Round 3 is from Monday 1/10/12 - Friday 5/10/12;
Round 4 is from Monday 8/10/12 - Friday 12/10/12;
Round 5 is from Monday 15/10/12 - Friday 19/10/12.
3. The “Panel of Judges” will select and announce the winners at the end of each round of the competition.
Winner Selection
1. Winners will be selected on the following dates:
Round 1 winners on Monday 24/09/12;
Round 2 winners on 1/10/12;
Round 3 winners on 8/10/12;
Round 4 winners on 15/10/12;
Round 5 winners on 22/10/12.
Location of the decision will be: Level 6, 228 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000
2. Once the winners are selected by the “Panel of Judges” they will be notified by email.
3. Winners will be announced on the Shubar Shoes Facebook page.
General
1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Should the prizes remain unclaimed or the winner remains uncontactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of announcement the prize will be forfeited. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. (All dates refer to the 2012 calendar year)
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. Prizes, including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot betaken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
7. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
8. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference payment or other compensation to the entrant.
9. Panel of Judges is chosen employees of the Promoter.
