3. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The most creative and original entry as determined by a panel of judges at NewsLifeMedia will win. Each entry shall be individually judged based on literary merit. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
4. The competition will be judged on 24/10/2012 at 10am (AEST) at NewsLifeMedia, 180 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015. If a winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
5. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize-delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter. The promoter will not be held liable for any late, lost or misdirected mail.
6. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.
