Win a Trip to Bali Terms and Conditions:
Travzy and Cantik Bali Villas are pleased to offer the following prize:
- Two return economy class flights from Australia or New Zealand to Denpasar, Bali

1. Information on how to enter & prizes form part of these terms & conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia, 16 years of age or over. Employees & the immediate families of The Promoter (Cantik Bali Villas), and the Promoter's Agencies, are ineligible to enter. If an entrant is under 18 years of age they must have their parent or guardian's approval to enter this promotion.
3. Entrants can enter by logging onto the URL of the Promotional website:
www.travzy.com and complete the Entry Form.
4. The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 17 July 2012 & closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on 30 September 2012. ("Promotion Period")..
5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
6. The draw will take place at Suite 330, 410 Elizabeth Street Surry Hills, NSW 2010 at 2.00pm (ADST/AEST) on 01 October 2012. The winner will be notified in writing by 05 October 2012.
7. The Prize

To be eligible to claim the prize for the Bali Competition, entries must register for a Travzy login, either through Facebook Connect or Registration. On 20 September, an email will be sent out to all registrations asking to answer a simple question relating to Travzy in 25 words or less. o The best eligible entry will win two return Economy airfares (including flight associated taxes) from the Winner's nearest Australian Capital City to Denpasar, Bali, return airport transfers and 5 nights accommodation.
o Prize may only be redeemed for travel between 01 November-15 December 2012 and 15 January-25 March 2013.
o Total maximum value is $ 5,000.
8. The airfare elements of the Prize will be purchased by the Agent of the Promoters, and will be subject to the Conditions of the participating Airline. Frequent Flyer points will not be accrued with each booking.
9. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Each prize is not transferable to another person or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the winner of a prize is under 18 years of age the prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian on their behalf. Any element of a prize that is unused will be forfeited.
10. Each prize does not include travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, taxes (other than those included in the price of the ticket), ancillary cost, tours, ground transportation, airport transfers, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the/each prize winner and their companion. Prize travel is subject to the General Conditions of Carriage of the applicable airline. It is the responsibility of each Winner to check with the Department of Foreign Affairs regarding possible Travel Warnings to a Country or Countries they and their Travel companion will be travelling to.
11. Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. Flights are subject to capacity control, and availability may be limited particularly around peak times such as school holidays. Winners and their companions will not accrue Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel. Upgrades cannot be purchased using Winner's Frequent Flyer points.
12. Airline tickets for each prize must be redeemed at the same time, for the same flights, travelling to and from the same locations. If the winner is unable to use both tickets at the same time they will forfeit the additional ticket and no compensation will be given in lieu. Any changes or costs incurred once the tickets have been issued, will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. If a Prize cannot be provided for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative Prize to the same value and nature.
14. The Prize values are correct at time of printing but no responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of any of the Prizes.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any entrant being unable to satisfy these Terms & Conditions or forfeiting or not claiming any Prize. If a Prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct further draws, as required, at the same time and place as the original draw.
16. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The entrants and winner agree to the use of their name, and all details submitted to be used for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will own copyright of any material gained or submitted from the entrant.
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
20. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information, either caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated or utilised in this competition, or by any technical error that may occur in the course of administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
