The White Wine of the year Finalists 2012 online competition at
www.wineoftheyear.com.au – vote online enter the draw to win.
This website is owned by Cellarmaster Wines Pty Limited, ABN 95 076 727 949, Licence No. 51205679.
Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to enter the competition.The winners (5 x awarded) will receive one Dom Perignon Gift pack which contains one (1) bottle of 2002 Dom Perignon and two (2) champagne flutes (valued at $395 each). Total prize pool value $1,975.
Prizes must be taken within twelve (12) months of the prize draw.
All prize winners will be drawn at random from valid entries at 11am on Monday 5th September 2012. Prize draws will take place at Level 2, 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010
The prize must be taken as stated and is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. All delivery costs will be paid for by Cellarmasters. The prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to in writing by Cellarmasters.

The promoter is Cellarmaster Wines Pty Ltd. This promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on Tuesday 18th September 2012 and closes 11.55 (AEST) on Friday 2nd November 2012. The winners will be notified via phone and email on Tuesday 5th November 2012. Winners will be published at
www.wineoftheyear.com.au on Wednesday 6th November 2012. The winners will be published in The Australian on Wednesday 7th November 2012.

Cellarmasters encourages responsible drinking. Legal-aged consumers should be advised to consider safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines ¬ up to 6 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for males and up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week for females.
All entries remain the property of the promoter and may be entered into a database and used for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including email contact.
If any winner(s) of the draw cannot be contacted, is unable to satisfy these competition conditions or forfeits or does not claim their prize then the promoter will conduct a second chance draw on Monday 21st January 2013 at 11am at Level 2, 26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The second chance winner(s) will be notified by email on Tuesday 22nd January 2013. If the second chance draw is for first prize the winner for first prize will be posted in The Australian on Wednesday 23rd January 2013.
If neither the winner nor the second chance winner claims the prize, the promoter will deal with the prize as Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2009 (S.A.) requires.
