Summit Snow Holidays together with Salomon are giving away a set of skis or snowboard every week for the 16 weeks of the 2012 snow season.
Simply enter your details below, or fill in an entry form at participating outlets and you are in. Each week 1 lucky person will win either a set of Salomon skis or a Salomon snowboard. We will also be giving away backpacks as well. Each week we will be sending out our newsletter, letting you know who the winners are.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions1.Information on how to enter the promotion and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.Entry is open to all residents of Australia ("Eligible Entrant"). Eligible Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the Eligible Entrants must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion. Directors, officers, and employees (or immediate family of a director, officer, employee) of the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3.To enter and be eligible to win a prize in this promotion, an Eligible Entrant must, during the promotional period, must complete and entry form and place into the barrel or enter their details online via the Summit Snow Holidays website (
www.summitsnowholidays.com.au ).
4.Only one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant is permitted. All Eligible Entrants will be automatically entered into the corresponding prize draw once they have successfully entered there details.5.Promotion commences 9.00am AEDST on 26/04/12 and closes at 09.00am AEST on 25/09/12 ("Promotional Period").
6.Each eligible entry will be entered into a Weekly Prize Draw. There will be Sixteen (16) Weekly Prize Draws conducted for the promotion. Entries close for each Weekly Prize Draw at 09.00am AEST/AEDST (as applicable) on 12/06/12, 19/06/12, 26/06/12, 03/07/12, 10/07/12, 17/07/12, 24/07/12, 31/07/12, 07/08/12, 14/08/12, 21/08/12, 28/08/12, 04/09/12, 11/09/12, 18/09/12 and 25/09/12. All Prize Draws will take place at 11:00am AEST/AEDST (as applicable) on 12/06/12, 19/06/12, 26/06/12, 03/07/12, 10/07/12, 17/07/12, 24/07/12, 31/07/12, 07/08/12, 14/08/12, 21/08/12, 28/08/12, 04/09/12, 11/09/12, 18/09/12 and 25/09/12. Un-drawn entries in each Weekly Prize Draw will be entered into subsequent Weekly Prize Draws. The first eligible entry drawn in each Weekly Prize Draw will win a Weekly Prize. Weekly Prize Winners will be notified in writing by email and also by phone, within two (2) business days of the relevant Weekly Prize Draw date.
7.Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.Winners from Weekly Prize Draws drawn on the 12/06/12, 19/06/12, 26/06/12, 03/07/12, 10/07/12, 17/07/12, 24/07/12, 31/07/12, 07/08/12, 14/08/12, 21/08/12, 28/08/12, 04/09/12, 11/09/12, 18/09/12 and 25/09/12 will be published on our website,

www.facebook.com/summitsnow9.The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Eligible Entrants, at any time during or after the promotion, and reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Entrant (and ALL entries submitted by that Eligible Entrant) for tampering with the entry process, including but not limited to submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
10.There will be Sixteen (16) Weekly Prize Draw winners.
11.The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted from that source and by those Eligible Entrants invalid.
12.Any costs associated with accessing the promotional website are the Eligible Entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider used. Any contact details entered incorrectly shall invalidate the entry. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incomplete, inaudible, damaged or incomprehensible entries. All such inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
13.The first valid entry drawn in each Weekly Prize Draw will each win one (1) of the following prizes corresponding to the week in which they were drawn:

14. Each week the winners entry will be reentered in the draw.
15.Total prize pool value is up to $16608.00.
16.If a winner of any prize is under the age of eighteen (18) years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on the winner's behalf.
17.Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
18.Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Eligible Entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
19.All entries remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects Eligible Entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, unless otherwise advised, each Eligible Entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Eligible Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory Lottery Departments and the winners' names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.

Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
21.Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Eligible Entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
22.The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
23.If for any reason this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of running as planned in any respect due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Eligible Entrant; or (b) cancel, postpone or amend the promotion subject to the written directions of any regulatory authority.
