1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to primary and high schools in Australia ("Eligible School"). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion
commences on 11/9/2012 and closes at 5.00pm AEDST on 03/12/2012 ("Participation Period").
4. Selected schools will be listed on
www.inspireyourcschool.com.au during the Participation Period. Schools will be automatically registered into the promotion as an Eligible School, once the school receives at least one (1) vote from an individual in accordance with Clause 5 below. If a school is not listed on
www.inspireyourcschool.com.auit can still be registered as an Eligible School provided its details are registered to the promotion by an individual in accordance with Clause 5 below.
5. To submit a vote individuals must, during the Participation Period, visit
www.inspireyourcschool.com.au,
log-in using their Facebook account details, select their school from the list available and follow the prompts to submit a vote for their school. If an individual’s school is not listed, they must follow the prompts to input the requested details, then submit their vote. Each individual who submits a vote warrants that they have obtained permission from the Eligible School to participate in this promotion on their school’s behalf.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of registrations and Eligible Schools and to disqualify any Eligible School at which an authorised representative submits who submits a registration that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable registrations will be deemed invalid.
MONTHLY ROUNDS

This promotion comprises of three (3) monthly rounds (each a "Monthly Round") and one (1) final round ("Final Round"). In each Monthly Round, Eligible School must obtain votes for the opportunity to win a prize and in order to be granted the opportunity to submit an entry into the Final Round, as set out in Clause 16 below.
9. Voting opens and closes for each Monthly Round at 11.59pm on the dates specified in the table below. All times indicated are AEST/AEDST unless specified otherwise. Non-winning registered Eligible Schools in each Monthly Round will be entered into any subsequent Monthly Rounds. Winning Eligible Schools will be notified by telephone. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

Only one (1) vote permitted per person per month.11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to invalidate any votes which it reasonably suspects have been submitted using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and contact information and/or votes that have been submitted through the use of multiple identities, email addresses or accounts. The use of any automated voting software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows a voter to automatically vote repeatedly is prohibited and will render all votes submitted by that voter invalid.

The Eligible School with the highest number of votes in each Monthly Round will each win an Acer computer technology lab pack valued at $16,078 each. Each pack includes: one (1) x Acer AT110 Server with MS Windows Server; one (1) x Acer X1270 Data Projector; ten (10) x ox Acer Iconia W510 Tablets; and ten (10) x MS Office including one-note.13. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.

The top twenty (20) Eligible Schools with the highest number of votes at the end of Monthly Round 3 will be eligible to enter the Final Round.15. In the event of a tie between one or more Eligible School for a prize or a place in the top 20, the Eligible School that received the winning number of votes first will be deemed the winner or place in the top 20.
FINAL ROUND
16. To submit an entry in the Final Round, each of the top twenty (20) Eligible Schools, as determined must commission students to create a poster that outlines why Sally Pearson should come to their school. The poster must not exceed 2m x 1m in size. Final posters must be sent or delivered to the Promoter at 8 Baywater Drive, Wentworth Point, NSW 2127 by last mail received (for mail entries) or 5.00pm AEDST (for delivered entries) on 18/08/2013.17. The best valid entry from all entries received in the Final Round, as determined by the judges, will win a half day athletics training day with Sally Pearson to be held at the Eligible School on a date and time to be determined by the Promoter and Sally Pearson, in their absolute discretion. Prize is subject to the availability of Sally Pearson.
Prize valued at up to $5,000.GENERAL
18. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
19. As a condition of entering this promotion, each Eligible School licences the Promoter to use their Final Round entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each Eligible School warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original artistic work of the students of the Eligible School and that does not infringe the rights of any third party. Each Eligible School further warrants that it has obtained the consent and authority from all authors of the Final Round entry to grant these rights. Eligible Schools agree to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty. Eligible Schools consent to any use of their Final Round entry which may otherwise infringe the moral rights of any author pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).
20. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible School; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
21. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the individual user’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
22. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
23. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) if the appearance of Sally Pearson is cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible School; or (g) use of a prize.
24. As a condition of accepting a prize, an authorised representative of a winning Eligible School must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
25. The Promoter collects personal information of authorised representatives of Eligible Schools in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the authorised representative. Authorised representatives should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
