1 Information regarding prizes and how to enter forms part of these conditions. By entering, entrants accept these conditions.
2 The promoter is Motorola Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 004 742 312 of 789 Level 7, 18-20 Orion Road, Lane Cove, NSW, 2066, Australia (“Promoter”).
3 The promotion commences 10:30 am AEST 2nd October, 2012. Entries close 4.00 pm AEST 13th October, 2012. During this time there will be one competition period.
4 To enter, entrants must, during the Competition Period:
a. visit the Motorola Australia Facebook fan page and go to the ‘Win A RAZR HD’ tab;
b. fully complete and submit the online entry form; and
c. answer the question, “In 25 words or less, tell us which all-day event you would go to and why?”
5 By entering, entrants acknowledge that their Entry (and their first name) may be made available online by the Promoter (in its absolute discretion) and may be accessible to the general public. The Promoter may copy, in part or in its entirety, the Entry, cause the Entry to be seen in public, and communicate the Entry to the public. It may also allow third parties to do these things.
6 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected Entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications, the Internet, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database, not time of transmission by the entrant.
7 This promotion is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner.
8 Entrants are only eligible to win the prize if they currently reside in Australia. The prize will not be sent to an international address.
9 Each valid Entry received (submitted in accordance with paragraph 4 and otherwise in accordance with these conditions of entry) will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on originality and creative merit. Based on this criteria, a winner will be selected at the end of each of the four competition periods. Whilst contestants can enter as many times as they like, only one entry per person will be eligible to win competition prizes.
10 At the end of each Competition Period, the Promoter will select a winning entrant who will win a prize pack containing one Motorola RAZR HD handset, valued at AU $720 (incl GST), and a $500 Ticketek voucher. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s specified.

11 The prize has been supplied by Motorola Australia, and they are in no way responsible for the performance, maintenance, repair and warranty of the products. The Motorola RAZR HD is compatible with the Telstra 4G enabled network, however Motorola takes no responsibility for its performance on other 4G networks although it may be compatible if running on the below banding . Bands/Modes: UMTS 850/900/1900/2100, GSM 850/900/1800/1900, LTE Band 03/Band 07/Band 20.
12 The prize value is accurate at the date of commencement of the Promotion. Motorola Australia accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date. A prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Where a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, Motorola Australia retains the right to substitute the prize (or part) with a prize (or part) of equal or greater value.
13 All Entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned to the entrant. Each entry must be the entrant’s original work. By entering this competition, entrants:
a. consent to the Promoter making copies of or publishing the whole or any part of their Entry on the Promoter’s website, the Motorola Australia Facebook fan page or elsewhere, and otherwise exploiting the Entry and any rights in relation to the Entry, to publicise this competition or for any other purposes;
b. undertake to the Promoter that their Entry is not, and its use by the Promoter will not be, in breach of any third party intellectual property rights; and
c. consent to the Promoter editing or modifying the whole or any part of their Entry for any reason prior to the Promoter using their Entry for the purpose of paragraph 5.
14 By entering, entrants warrant that their Entry:
a. is original and not copied, and was created by the entrant;
b. does not include (or link to) any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate. Without limitation, entrants must not include (or include a link to) any content that involves nudity, malice, swearing or which may be defamatory or in contempt of court;
c. does not include (or link to) any literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work, any audio-visual or sound recording, or any other item in which copyright subsists (Copyright Content), unless the entrant is entitled to do so. If an entrant has any doubts about whether they have the right to include (or link to) any Copyright Content in their entry, they must not include it. By including any Copyright Content in their entry, the entrant warrants that they are entitled to do so; and
d. does not contain any viruses or other computer code or material embedded in it which may have a negative impact on the Motorola Australia Facebook fan page, this competition or any network or third party computer systems.
15 The Promoter will hold the personal information the entrant provides through this promotion so they can be contacted if they are a prize winner.
