WIN A VIP DAY AT THE RACES COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. To enter, spend a minimum of $100.00 or more in one or multiple transactions at any
Greensborough Plaza specialty store (“Promotion”) excluding Coles, Aldi, Kmart & Target. The
customer must spend during the Promotion Period and present valid receipts to the Customer
Service Desk located on level two, to receive an entry form.
2. To enter you must complete an entry form and place it in the entry barrel located at the
Customer Service Desk.
3. Bill payments such as the payment of credit card bills, bank transactions, bank fees and
changes and service bills (such as gas, electricity, rates and phone bills) are not accepted as
part of the Promotion.
4. Promotion commences at 9am Monday 10 September 2012 and closes at 5pm Sunday 7
October 2012 (“Promotion Period”).
5. Major Prize: The first TWO (2) correct and eligible entries drawn will win the major prize of
- 2x Tickets to Oaks Day at Flemington Racecourse in the Makybe Diva Marquee on Thursday
8 November, 2012 valued at $1,160.00.
- One $250 Greensborough Plaza Gift Card.
6. Minor Prizes: The first five correct and eligible entries drawn each week over the four week
Promotion Period will win a $100 Greensborough Plaza Gift Card. Total Minor Prize pool
$2,000 of Greensborough Plaza Gift Cards. Entrants must re-enter each week to be eligible for
the corresponding Minor Prize draw. All entries will be collated for the Major Prize draw. The
commencement and end date of each weekly Minor Prize draw is:

8. There will be only one winner for each Prize and photo identification will be required.
9. Minor Prizes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Major Prize
is not redeemable for cash and cannot be transferred or exchanged.
10. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the winner(s) of
the Major Prize draw and Minor Prize draws are not on site at the time of the draw(s), the
Centre Management will endeavour to contact the winner(s) by phone and in writing until
Monday 22

11. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or
guardian.
12. If the Prize(s) are unclaimed by 9.00pm Monday 29

October 2012, the Promoter may conduct
further draws at Greensborough Plaza Centre Management on Monday, 29
th
October 2012 at
11am and thereafter until the Prize(s) are claimed. Unclaimed winners will be notified in writing.
13. By entering the draw to win the Major Prize or Minor Prizes entrants will automatically be
signed up to the Greensborough Plaza online club.
14. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
15. The Promoter collects your personal information (PI) to contact you in relation to requests for
further information. The Promoter may, unless you advise otherwise, use the PI for future
promotional and marketing activities. To access, update or correct any PI the Promoter may
hold, or to be removed from its marketing database, please contact the Promoter via sending
an email or write to Privacy Officer. A copy of our Privacy Statement can be found at our

privacy@lendlease.com.au16. Employees of the Promoter and Retailers within Greensborough Plaza, and their immediate
families are ineligible to enter.
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is caused or
attributed (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for any personal injury
suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using the Prizes, except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.

the Promoter cancel the Promotion the Promoter will:
(i) advertise that the Promotion has been cancelled by placing a notice at the customer service
centre in
the shopping centre;
(ii) promptly destroy all entries received; and
(iii) the personal information you have provided on the entry form will not be used in any manner
whatsoever.
19. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered in to a database and
the entrants’ names and addresses may be used for future promotional, marketing and
publicity purposes.
