Terms and Conditions of Entry – Win With Us a $100 Fine Dining Experience at Baveras
Information on how to claim prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entrants are required to meet the entry criteria outlined in Terms and Conditions.
This promotion is only open to Victorian (Australia) residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (Market Square Shopping Centre) and agencies (Baveras) associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Entrants under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. If the prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian.
Entrants can only enter the competition through Geelong Market Squares website page. If entrants have more than one email address they can enter more than once using the other address(es).
To be considered a valid entry a valid name, email address and mobile number must be provided.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Promotion commences 1st October 2012 at 9am. Entries close, 21st October 2012 at 11.59pm.
The winners will be drawn randomly on the 22nd October 2012 at 10am and notified on the same day by phone. If a winner cannot be notified by close of business on 22nd October 2012, a new winner will be drawn and notified on 23rd October 2012.
If prize is not collected within one month of notification, the prize is void and a re-draw will take place.
There is one (1) prize. Prize includes a dining voucher to Baveras to the value of $100 (Cunningham Pier, 10 Western Beach Foreshore Rd, Geelong, Victoria, 3220).
Total prize pool valued at $100.
Entry into the draw is via Market Square’s website page –
www.marketsquaregeelong.com.auWinner’s name will be published on the Market Square website and other social media outlets operated by Market Square Shopping Centre at the discretion of the promoter (Market Square).
Winners agree that photos may be taken for promotional use at the discretion of Market Square Shopping Centre for the use of promotion.
All eligible entrants will be joined up to the Market Square VIP Club Membership program and will receive marketing emails from Market Square. A valid phone number must be provided so winners can be notified by phone.
Prize is valid until the 23rd May 2013. Failure to use the voucher in this time frame forfeits the prize and the promoter or its associated agencies take no responsibility for loss, damage or unused vouchers.
If the winner is unable to comply with the competition’s terms and conditions, then they forfeit the prize. Failure to use the voucher during this time will forfeit the prize.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or sold.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any entrant.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the offer.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter will use the personal information provided in accordance with their Privacy Policy which can be found at
