PROMOTION REGISTRATION DATES AND TIMES
Registrations will open on Monday 8/10/2012 and remain open until Wednesday 31/10/2012 (“Registration Period”).
The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Winners will be judged and prizes awarded at one (1) time throughout the contest period on:

ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of: Australia
Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Entry Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
METHOD OF ENTRY
Entrants will register their details in the competition application tab and answer the question "How many moonstones are required to open the gateway to the Monster Realms?" The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages, however entrants will not be added to email marketing or newsletter lists without express consent. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
JUDGING DETAILS
There will be one (1) judging period taking place on Wednesday 31 October 2012.
Winners will be selected on their answer to "How many moonstones are required to open the gateway to the Monster Realms?".
Winners will be notified by email. If a contestant or winner is not successfully contacted in an email by the Promoter that person will be disqualified and a replacement winner will be selected by the Promoter. Once the winner is confirmed by email, they can be announced on Outer Rim Trading Co.'s Facebook page.
