2. Redemption is only open to residents of Australia (Readers).
3. The Promoter is Nationwide News Pty Limited (ABN 98 008 438 828) of 2 Holt Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010. The Promoter’s Partners are:

c. Collins Booksellers (Promoter’s Partner)
4. On each day during the Promotional Period on which the Promoter publishes The Australian (including The Weekend Australian) (Promotional Day), the Promoter will print a promotional code in The Australian for redemption of that day’s selected eBook (Promo Code). There will be twelve (12) Promo Codes in total and each Promo Code will correspond to a specific Promotional Day and book as set out in Condition 11. Promo Codes are also available to subscribers who have The Australian Digital Pass.
5. The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEST) on Saturday 13/10/2012 and ends at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday 26/10/2012 (Promotional Period) and will run over twelve (12) Promotional Days as set out in Condition 16 below.
6. On any given Promotional Day that day’s eBook must be redeemed between 12:01am and 11:59pm.
7. Redemption of the eBook on a Promotional Day must be completed via
www.theaustralianselection.com.au to be eligible. The Reader will be directed to a wepage hosted by the Fulfilment Partner for that Promotional Day. From this page the Reader must complete the standard purchase process of the Fulfilment Partner to the checkout page where applying the Promo Code will reduce purchase price to zero and remove requirement for credit card details. Redemption requires Reader to register for a Kobo account (requires email, creation of a password and full address).
8. Limit of one (1) entry per Kobo account.
9. If an online entry is not successful because the Promo Code submitted is not recognised by the Fulfilment Partner as an eligible Promo Code for the promotion, the Reader will be prompted to “verify and re-enter”.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Reader for: (a) tampering with the redemption process; or (b) if the Reader is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to violate the Intelectual Property of the Promoter or the Promoter’s partners. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

12. The Promoter and the Promoter’s Partners , their associated agencies and companies excludes all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), for any direct, indirect or consequential injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the promotion.
