Entries for the competition must be submitted via the entry page at
www.myadventurestore.com/win between 14 October and 30 November 2012. The competition closes at 5pm 30 November 2012. All entries must be received by 5pm 30 November 2012. No responsibility is accepted for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries.
Entry is free and open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and who subscribe to Real Deals via the competition page at myadventurestore.com/win between 14 October and 30 November 2012. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

The total prize for one (1) person is 1 (one) AUD1000 voucher to be redeemed in full in store at Intrepid My Adventure Store by no later than 31 March 2013. By entering this completion, the entrant agrees to receive weekly marketing correspondence from Intrepid My Adventure Store. Any & all correspondence received by the entrant will include a clear unsubscribe facility.
Validity & conditions: AUD1000 voucher to be redeemed in store at Intrepid My Adventure Store at the closest store to the winner. No extension permitted. Prize is not transferable, changeable or redeemable for cash. Voucher must be redeemed in full by 31 March 2013 and cannot be partially used or topped up. Travel must be compete by 31 December, 2013.
The total value of the prize is AUD1000. Prize is strictly NON-TRANSFERABLE, non-negotiable, may not be replaced or refunded and cannot be taken in part or wholly as cash.

The random draw prize will take place by 5pm 7 December, 2012 at Level 2, 436 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria. The winner will be notified by telephone and email.
If the winner cannot be notified for either prize a second round of judging will take place at 3pm 14 December, 2012 at Level 2, 436 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria. The winner will be notified by telephone and email.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
If there is an event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control which prevents or hinders the conduct of the promotion or the Promoter’s ability to deliver the prize to the winner, then the Promoter subject to regulatory authority approval may in its sole discretion cancel the promotion. Further the Promoter may at its sole discretion recommence the promotion under the same conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner.
The winner must sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of the prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities will result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited. This condition does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its servant or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the cost of having the prize supplied again.
