There is one Major Prize to be won consisting of 1 x $5000 voucher to be spent at any Establishment venue. Voucher valid for 12 months from 07 December 2012. There are 100 Minor Prize Packs to be won. Each minor package consists of 1 x Merivale Cookbook (valued at $25) . Total prize pool is valued at $ 7500. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
All valid entries will go into a draw on Wednesday 5 December 2012 at 2pm at (Level 2, 320 George Street). Major Prize Winner will be notified by phone and email on Friday 07 December 2012. Minor Prize Winners will be notified by mail with their prize packs included. Major and minor prize winners will be published on merivale.com.au. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost entries.
Any prizes unclaimed after 1 week, a redraw will take place on Friday 14 December 2012 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The new winner/s will be notified by telephone and email within 3 days of the draw.
Vouchers can be redeemed in the following Establishment venues: The Establishment Hotel, The Establishment Main Bar, Gin Garden, est., Hemmesphere, sushi-e, Mr Wong, Palmer & Co, Tank Stream Bar and Establishment Event spaces . The vouchers are subject to availability and standard booking conditions. Gift vouches are non transferable, not redeemable for cash. The voucher must be claimed in full on one visit and/or stay and any unclaimed credit left on the vouchers will be deemed invalid and not able to be redeemed at a future visit.
