THE Touring Car Masters is set to return to Sandown Raceway this November.
One of Australia's premier racing categories, it will showcase cars of the pre-1976 era including Falcon GTs, Chevrolet Camaros, Chrysler Chargers and Holden Monaros.
Leader has a Touring Car Masters weekend valued at $1960 to give away.
The prize includes four event general admission tickets and paddock access to the Touring Car Masters Finale Round 8 Shannons Nationals at Sandown Raceway for the entire event from Friday, November 23, to Sunday, November 25, 2012.
The prize also includes two hot laps in a Touring Car Masters vehicle for the winner and a guest, a chance to meet Australian racing legends Jim Richards and reigning Touring Car Masters Champion John Bowe, two Touring Car Masters merchandise packs and accommodation for four people at Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley for the Friday and Saturday nights of the event.
To enter, write your full name, postal address, email address and daytime telephone number in the form below, then type in the verification code and press submit. One entry per person. You must be 18 years old or over to enter. Leader reserves the right to disqualify people who make multiple entries.

3. The promotion is known as the “Leader and Touring Car Masters” promotion.
4. Entry is available only to Victorian residents 18 years and over who reside within the Leader Newspapers distribution area (as set out in the attached table). Employees of the Promoter, Touring Car Masters or its associated companies, employees of any agencies, affiliates, sponsors, sub-sponsors or representatives of the Promoter and the immediate families of any such employees are not eligible to enter.
5. Only one entry permitted per person.

7. Promotion commences at 7.00am AEST on 29/10/2012 and finishes at 5.00pm AEST on 07/11/2012 (“promotion period”).
8. This promotion will be advertised in all Leader newspapers and online during the promotion period.
9. Consumers can enter via the following method:

www.leadernews.com.au and complete the online entry form. Online entry form will require address, contact numbers, email address and daytime phone number details.
10. The promotion is one of a game of chance. All valid entries will form part of a random draw.
11. The prize draw will be held at 12.00pm AEST on 08/11/2012 at the office of Leader Associated Newspapers Pty Ltd, 1-7 Chapel Street Blackburn Victoria 3130.
12. The first valid entry drawn will win:
- Four event general admission tickets and paddock access to the Touring Car Masters Finale Round 8 Shannons Nationals at Sandown Raceway for the entire event from Friday 23/11/2012 to Sunday 25/11/2012 valued at $AUD220
- Two hot laps in a Touring Car Masters vehicle for the winner and a guest valued at $AUD800
- A money-can’t-buy meet and greet with Australian racing legends Jim Richards and reigning Touring Car Masters Champion John Bowe
- Two Touring Car Masters merchandise packs (hoodie, t-shirt, cap, stubbie holder, series poster) valued at $AUD190
- Accommodation at Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley for the Friday and Saturday nights of the event for four people valued at $AUD$750
13. Total prize pool value is $AUD1960.00.
14. The value of the prizes has been calculated based on an estimated market value of the relevant activity. The Promoter and Touring Car Masters accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. All elements of the prize must be taken on the weekend of Friday 23/11/2012 to Sunday 25/11/2012 at the Touring Car Nationals at Sandown Raceway and Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley and any element not taken at the date and time stipulated will be forfeited.
15. The Touring Car Masters Round 8 Finale Shannons Nationals will be held from Friday 23/11/2012 to Sunday 25/11/2012 at Sandown Raceway, 591-659 Princes Highway Springvale Victoria 3171.
16. The Promoter and Touring Car Masters will not be responsible in circumstances where the event is cancelled or the event dates are rescheduled for any reason, other than as set out in the conditions of sale of tickets to the event. If the prize or any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control, the Promoter will endeavour but is not obliged to provide a substitute prize of equivalent value.
17. Spending money, meals, transport to and from the event and Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley and all other ancillary costs incurred as a result of taking the prize are not included and remain the responsibility of the winner.
18. The Promoter, Touring Car Masters and Novotel Melbourne Glen Waverley take no responsibility for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to incidentals, tips, service charges and sundries, mini-bar, movies, additional food and beverages and optional activities. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
19. The winner will be contacted by telephone or in writing within 7 days of the draw. The winner will be published in Leader newspapers in the week commencing 12/11/2012 as set out below and online at
www.leadernews.com.au for 28 days from 12/11/2012.
20. All prizes will be will be distributed by mail and/or coordinated by a representative of Touring Car Masters. The Promoter does not take responsibility for misdirected mail or mail received late.
