1. Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is only open to Australian residents and any products redeemed using the gift certificate prizes can only be delivered to an Australian address. If you are under 18 years, you must obtain the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Allbooks4less stores/outlets are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion commences on 03/09/2012 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 30/11/2012 (“Promotional Period”).
4. To be eligible to enter, individuals must register to receive via email the Allbooks4less newsletter between 03/09/2012 and 30/11/2012. To register to receive the newsletter and enter the prize draw, individuals must fill out the coupon available in participating Allbooks4less stores/outlets or visit
www.allbooks4less.com.au and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page, input the requested details including their first and last names and valid email address, and submit the fully completed entry form.
5. Existing subscribers to the Allbooks4less newsletter will be automatically entered into the first prize draw which will be held on 15/10/2012 at 11.00am AEST.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.
7. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
8. Only one (1) entry per person will be entered into the prize draws during the Promotional Period.
9. The prize draws will take place at 15 Maddox St, Alexandria NSW 2015 on the following dates at 11.00am AEST:

10. The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw and will have their first initial, surname and state published on the Allbooks4less website
www.allbooks4less.com.au within two (2) business days of the draw. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The first valid entry randomly drawn in each monthly prize draw from 15/10/12 to 14/12/12 will win an Allbooks4less online gift certificate valued at $1000. This gift certificate will be emailed to the prize winners and will be valid for 3 months from the date of being emailed to the recipient. This gift certificate can only be used to redeem products from the Allbooks4less online bookstore at
www.allbooks4less.com.au. Shipping charges of any products redeemed using the gift certificate will be as per the Allbooks4less online store standard terms and conditions, that is standard freight charges will apply to any orders with a total value under $30, and product ordered can only be delivered to an address within Australia. The gift certificate cannot be redeemed in any Allbooks4less retail stores/outlets.
12. If for any reason the winner cannot be notified via the email address they provided as a part of entry to the competition, the prize will be forfeited, as the email address provided is invalid and a valid email address is a condition of entry into the competition, and a redraw of the prize will take place within two (2) business days of the initial draw.
13. Prize and competition terms and conditions will be available on

14. If for any reason any winner does not use the gift certificate prize to redeem product from the Allbooks4less online store within 3 months of it being issued, no replacement gift certificates or extensions of validity will be issued, and the prize will be redrawn.
15. Prize redraws (if required) will take place at 15 Maddox St, Alexandria NSW 2015 on the following dates at 11.00am AEST:

16. The winner of any redrawn prize will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the redraw and will have their first initial, surname and state published on the Allbooks4less website
www.allbooks4less.com.au within two (2) business days of the redraw.
17. Total prize pool value is $3000. Each monthly prize will consist of 1 x $1000 Allbooks4less online gift certificate. The prize, or any portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash.
18. Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
19. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter will not sell or share this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
