When it says add to cart are you meant to click that and then click on checkout or is it meant to take you straight to checkout? I kept clicking add to cart and nothing was happening and then when i went to checkout it said my cart was empty.

This one is a bit hard to work out- I've been hunting for Terms without luck... I think if the item is marked as 'Sold Out' then you are too late. I don't think you can then add it to checkout. I'm not sure if it's an instant win if it isn't sold out?! A few instructions for this comp from CatchOfTheDay might have been nice...

You have to add to cart and then fill out all your details, the prize is not yours until you have completed the checkout process, as I discovered, thought i had a tv  |

When I refresh for my page for the new deal I'm logged out of the site. So I have to re-login before I can add anything to my cart and check out!!
Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix it? Its driving me mad!

I've got into the checkout plenty of times but about 30 sec after the offer is put on the site it says that the item has sold out! Not fiar,,,getting angry now!!

Yeah its a load of bs when I click on the add to cart button nothing happens!! Nothing get added to a cart so how are you ment to check out??? Just making me angry so I'm giving up now  |

If nothing happens it's sold out. If when you click on it a little shopping trolley appears up the top right corner it's in your basket but then you have to race to get through checkout. I haven't missed one thing and haven't been able to get anything it's driving me insane.
