Australian Fast Foods Pty Ltd "Promoter" Chicken Treat Go Troppo Competition "Promotion"

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry by each entrant. Entry must be made via the website www.chickentreat.com.au.

Entry is open only to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over ("Eligible Entrants"). Directors, officers, management and employees (and the immediate families of directors, officers, management and employees) of the Promoter, or of the agencies or companies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

The promotion commences at 12:01am (AEDST) on Sunday 28th October 2012 and closes at 11.59pm (AEST) on Sunday 9th December 2012 ("Promotion Period"). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

To enter, an Eligible Entrant must purchase a Meal Box from the Chicken Treat Go Troppo Promotional Menu. One entry per Pineapple Pack, Go Troppo Box, Doubly Troppo Deal or Big Troppo Feast sold. When they purchase from the Go Troppo Promotional Menu they will receive an Entry Card with a Unique Code printed on it. They must log onto www.chickentreat.com.au and follow the links or go to www.facebook.com/chickentreat and follow the links, to complete the online entry form as required, including entering their Unique Code.

Entrants can enter as many times as they like as long as they enter a new Unique Code for every entry.

There will be 80,000 Unique Coded Cards printed. In the event that all Unique Coded Cards are distributed to entrants then the competition will be deemed finished.

Incomplete or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt into the promotional database and not at the time of transmission.

The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over telephone communications or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request the winners to produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter's satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the winners' identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the winners in entering the promotion before issuing a prize. If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or the winning entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter's satisfaction within the time requested, the winner's entry will become invalid. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The prizes will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.

This is a game of chance. All entries have an equal chance of winning.

Six (6) Major Prize Draws (in total) will take place at 10:00am (Western Standard Time) on 6/11/12, 13/11/12, 20/11/12, 27/11/12, 4/12/12 & 11/12/12 at Hatchd Digital, Suite 1.10 The Old Swan Brewery. 171-173 Mounts Bay Road, Perth WA 6000

The Major Prize winner from each draw will be notified by telephone on 6/11/12, 13/11/12, 20/11/12, 27/11/12, 4/12/12 & 11/12/12 and by mail within 2 days of the draws. Winner's names will be posted at www.chickentreat.com.au and Chicken Treat's Facebook Page each week and all names will be printed in The Australian newspaper on 15/12/12. All reasonable steps to notify the winner of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Draw 1 is for entries received from 12.01am (WST) Sunday October 28th, 2012 to 11.59pm (WST), Sunday November 4th, 2012.
Draw 2 is for entries received from 12.01am (WST) Monday November 5th, 2012 to 11.59pm (WST), Sunday November 11th, 2012.
Draw 3 is for entries received from 12.01am (WST) Monday November 12th, 2012 to 11.59pm (WST), Sunday November 18th, 2012.
Draw 4 is for entries received from 12.01am (WST) Monday November 19th, 2012 to 11.59pm (WST), Sunday November 25th, 2012.
Draw 5 is for entries received from 12.01am (WST) Monday November 26th, 2012 to 11.59pm (WST), Sunday December 2nd, 2012.
Draw 6 is for entries received from 12.01am (WST) Monday December 3rd, 2012 to 11.59pm (WST), Sunday December 9th, 2012.

At the completion of each week's draw, as per the times listed above, all entries are removed from the competition and only entries received in the draw period will be considered for that draw.

An entrant can only win once during the promotion period. In the event that a previous winner is drawn, that name shall be disregarded and a new name will be immediately redrawn from that weeks eligible entries.

Major Prize:

First valid entry electronically drawn for each of the six draws will win:

Five nights accommodation for two people staying at the Four Star The Haven Seminyak Hotel in a Haven Room.
Return economy air travel for two people to Bali from the Winner's nearest Capital City (or at Promoter's discretion closest airport to Winner's residence) with Jetstar or Virgin Australia (or any other airline deemed suitable) at the Promoter's discretion and includes all pre-paid taxes.
Return seat in coach transfers from airport to hotel only.
Breakfast Daily for two people.
Each winner must redeem their prize and book for their trip by 11th March 2013 and the trip must be completed by no later than 11th June 2013. Failure to redeem the prize and complete the booking by the required date or to complete the trip by the required date as stipulated will result in full forfeiture of the prize.

Air tickets are available on the regular schedule services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargoes. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure City and their current flight schedule. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.

The prizes are strictly subject to availability with the prize booking unable to be made until the winners names are provided to Escape Travel by the Promoter. Rooms are not pre booked with failure to notify winner details in a timely manner possibly resulting in rooms becoming unavailable. In the event that Escape Travel are, for reasons beyond its control, unable to book the rooms then the Promoter (on behalf of Escape Travel) reserve the right to offer an alternative prize at similar value or lower (With the difference not to be less than $1,000) but not exceeding the prize value stipulated in Condition 19 and not later than the redemption timelines stipulated in Condition 16.

Total prize pool value is $16,200 ($2,700 per Holiday) as of 25/09/12 (including GST).

Insurance, additional options and all ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The winner will be contacted by the Promoter to arrange airfares and accommodation of the prize. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.

It is each traveler's personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveler/s.

The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

In the event that any prize (or any part of the prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions from the various lottery authorities.

All prices quoted are current and valid as at 25/09/12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between this date and the ultimate prize redemption date. Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. A prize or any unused portion of a prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.

Prizes will be awarded to the person named in the relevant winning entry. However, in a dispute, the Prize will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry.

The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all of the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier's requirements.

In the event that any major winner does not claim their prize by 5pm on 11/03/2013 the Promoter may conduct such further draws as are necessary at 11:00am (WST) at the same place as the original prize draws on 12/03/2013 to distribute the unclaimed prize. A prizewinner of any unclaimed prize draw will be notified by writing and telephone on 12/03/2013 will have their name published in The Australian newspaper on 16/03/2013.

The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry, or if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardize the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the online applications or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions under State or Territory legislation.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.

The winners agree to participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents and sign any release document provided by the Promoter, in its absolute discretion. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner of a draw (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicizing or marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. For all entrants who OPT IN, the Promoter also may: (a) use the information to contact entrants in the future with information on special offers or provide entrants with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages; and (b) share information with its Australian related companies or promotional partners who may contact entrants with special offers in this way, should you not opt-out of receiving such information. Each entrant who opts in to the promotion agrees that the Promoter may use entrants' personal information in this manner. Each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the winner's name and locality in any media.
