First Prize – Rebellion audiobook on CD (23 hours).
Second prize – Rebellion trade paperback.
Third prize – Rebellion trade paperback.
To enter, all you have to do is Like Ian’s official author page (unless you already have), click the ENTER button, provide an email address so you can be contacted if you’re a winner, and write your answer. Ian will pick the best, most interesting, funniest or most creative answers
as winners of the book prizes.
Get your answer in by 11.45 pm on the closing date (Sydney time), and Ian will announce the winners two days later. If you’re a winner, Ian will contact you via the email address you provided and you just need to write back with your postal address.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Each entrant or participant releases Facebook from any responsibility for this promotion.
2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
3. Each participant is providing information to Ian Irvine, and not to Facebook.
3. The competition will run each week commencing on Saturday, January 1, 2011 and finishing in 2012. Approximately 500 of Ian’s books and audiobooks, and other prizes, will be given away during that time.
4. To enter you must Like Ian Irvine's official author page (unless you’ve already Liked it), click ENTER NOW (on the Promos tab), provide an email address so you can be contacted if you’re a winner, and then post a response to the quiz or question of the week.
5. Once the week’s question has been revealed, entrants have until the closing date (Australian Eastern Standard Time) to post an entry and be eligible for that week's prize. The winners will be contacted by email and announced by the Sunday of that week. The best answers may be posted on Ian's author page and/or web site.
6. Winners will be selected by Ian Irvine. Ian's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Prizes will vary from week to week but will, over the course of the competition, include Vengeance, Book 1 of The Tainted Realm, all three series of Ian’s books for children (Sorcerer’s Tower, Runcible Jones and Grim and Grimmer), plus all three series of Ian’s Three Worlds sequence for young adult and older readers, comprising The View from the Mirror, The Well of Echoes and Song of the Tears, and including sets of the 91-hour audiobooks of The View from the Mirror).
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
9. Winners will be contacted via the email address they have provided. Winners' names will subsequently be published on Ian Irvine's website and blog, and a link provided from Ian’s Facebook page to these sites. Facebook rules don’t allow the winners to be notified via Facebook.
10. Winners’ contact details will not be shared with anyone and will only be used for contacting the winners of the promotion and mailing the prizes.
