Terms and conditions
This competition is open to readers aged 18 years and over. Employees of Nature & Health and Endeavour College and their immediate families are ineligible. By entering this competition, entrants will be deemed to agree with these terms of entry. The competition closes on Friday December 15 2012. The winning entries will be judged on the premises of Yaffa Publishing. The winner will be notified via email by Friday December 21 2012. There is one prize, comprising 15 natural health treatments over the course of January-December 2013, each treatment is worth $30, giving a total of $450. The prize may not be combined with any other voucher or offer. The winner is entitled to a treatment of their choice once a week during the periods throughout the year the Natural Medicine Clinic closest to them in location is open. All bookings are subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the winner to make all bookings and familiarise themselves with the clinic’s open periods which can be confirmed through contacting the clinic. The Endeavour College of Natural Health Natural Medicine Clinic is staffed by natural health students under the supervision of qualified practitioners.
 
The total maximum Prize pool value is up to $450, that is one Natural Health appointment per fortnight (15 appointments total) for the 30 weeks of teaching clinics, with each appointment cost being $30. The teaching clinics run in Semester 1 from 18th February 2013 to 7th June 2013, and then Semester 2 runs from 29th July 2013 to the 15th November 2013. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value. All Prize values are the recommended retail price including GST.
