HOW DO YOU SPIN TO WIN?
1. Collect tokens from the Sunshine Coast Daily every day between 10th November and 15th December, 2012. When you’ve collected enough tokens for the prize you want, visit the Winning Wheel at Maroochydore Homemaker Centre, 11-55 Maroochy Boulevard Maroochydore between 11am - 1pm every Saturday from 17th November to 15th December, 2012.
2. Count and redeem your tokens for a spin of the Winning Wheel and a chance to win your desired prize. Only one prize can be won per person per Saturday however up to 2 spins from the same person is allowed per Saturday per registration until the prize is won by that individual during the allotted time.
3. There will be an allocated number of prizes available to be won each Saturday between 11am -1pm, spinning of the wheel will be conducted until all of the weekly allocated prizes are won in the allotted time. If all prizes are not won between 11am and 1pm each week they will jackpot into the following weeks prize pool.
4. Redeemed tokens will also give you entry into the major prize draw. The major draw will take place at 11am on 22nd December, 2012 at Maroochydore Homemaker Centre. You must be present on the day of the draw to be eligible to win the major prize.
5. If a contestant does not have the correct amount of tokens to be eligible to spin for the prizes available they will not be permitted to participate in the spinning wheel promotion, they will however be able to enter the major draw by placing their token/s in the Sunshine Coast Daily barrel located at Maroochydore Homemaker Centre.

Entry is open to all residents of Queensland.
Eligibility limitations: Participants must be aged 18 years or older to register. The following persons are ineligible to enter:
employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter and prize suppliers;
the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), and household members of such employees and contractors.
Staff, family members and contractors to any newsagent or retail outlet that stocks the Sunshine Coast Daily; and contestants who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any contest run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name.
Employees of or contractors to the sponsors and prize providers for the promotion.
All Participants acknowledge that even if the Promoter only learns of a person's ineligibility after the Promoter has appeared to award the prize to the ineligible person, it may require the return of the prize or payment of its value to the Promoter to be dealt with as an unclaimed prize.
Contestants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Method of entry: Participation in Spin to Win is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. To partake in Spin to Win events participants must collect tokens published each day in the Sunshine Coast Daily during the period 10/11/2012 to 15/12/2012 until all of the prizes are won. The Spin to Win events will take place at the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre each Saturday between the dates 17/11/2012 to 15/12/2012. Entries into the major draw will close on Saturday 22/12/2012 at 10.50am. The major draw will take place at 11am on Saturday 22/12/2012 at the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre. Contestants must be present on the day of the draw to be eligible to win the major prize.
‘Tokens’ will be printed each day in the Sunshine Coast Daily with different denominations linked to each of the prizes available, contestants must collect the required amount of tokens to be eligible to spin for the individual prizes each week. The amount of tokens required for each of the prizes will be clearly visible through the promotional advertisements linked to the promotion
The ‘tokens’ may only be used by a contestant to spin for prizes at the ‘LIVE Spin to Win events’ held at the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre, Maroochydore, QLD, 4558. Contestants are permitted to have multiple tokens from each dated newspaper. ‘Tokens’ are not legal tender and may not be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
Spin to Win Events: The Spin to Win events will be held for the first time at Maroochydore Homemaker Centre on Saturday 17/11/2012 from 11am until 1pm, thereafter each Saturday Spin to Win will be run at Maroochydore Homemaker Centre until all prizes are won up to Saturday 15/12/2012. Participants must register and redeem their tokens before taking part in Spin to Win.
To be eligible to be in the running for the major prize draw on Saturday 22/12/2012 the redeemed tokens must be placed in the Sunshine Coast Daily barrel located at Maroochydore Homemaker Centre. The major draw will take place at 11am on Saturday 22/12/2012 at the Maroochydore Homemaker Centre. Contestants must be present on the day of the draw to eligible to win the major prize. Entries into the major draw close on Saturday 22/12/2012 at 10.50am, with the major draw taking place at 11am.
Tokens will appear every day in the Sunshine Coast Daily during the period 10/11/2012 to 15/12/2012 until all of the prizes are won.
Participants must use "Spin to Win Tokens" to spin for prizes, each Saturday until 15/12/2012 and all prizes are gone. Real money will not be accepted. "Spin to Win Tokens" must be original newsprint - no photocopies, scanned images, web prints, reproductions or other falsified artwork will be accepted.
The Spin to Win events will be conducted in accordance with standard rules. The spin shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The spin must be clockwise and the wheel must complete two full turns to be deemed as a spin.
If the arrow does not fall squarely into the “Winner” section this shall be deemed as a re-spin.
Only one prize can be won per person per Saturday; however up to 2 spins from the same person are allowed per Saturday per registration until the prize is won by that individual. After 2 spins the person must move to the back of the line before they may have another spin.
There will be an allocated number of prizes/prize pool available to be won each Saturday between 11am -1pm, spinning of the wheel will be conducted until all of the weekly allocated prizes are won in the allotted time. If all prizes are not won between 11am and 1pm each week they will jackpot into the following weeks prize pool. Once the total number of allocated prizes have been won each week between 11am and 1pm the Spin to Win event for that week will be concluded. If all allocated prizes haven’t been determined prior to 1pm the prizes will jackpot into the following weeks available prize pool i.e. If there are six allocated prizes available to be won in week one and only four prizes are won in week one the remaining two prizes will jackpot creating an additional two prizes to be won in the week two prize pool. If all prizes are not won by the end of the Spin to Win events on 15/12/2012 they will jackpot to form part of the major prize pool, to be drawn on 22/12/2012.
Spin to Win will provide a 1 in 25 chance of winning to all contestants, however there will also be mystery prizes available throughout the Spin to Win events where mystery inserts will be added to the wheel until all mystery prizes have been won each week. Random Draw
Any taxes which may be payable as a consequence of a winner receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of that winner, and the winner authorises the deduction of any such taxes from the prize to the extent required by law. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
Publicity: All Participants acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to publicise and publish his / her name, character and likeness. All winners must make themselves available for a photo if required by the Promoter and acknowledge that the Promoter has the right to utilise publicity photos in any reasonable manner it sees fit without compensation to the Participant.
Prize collection: Prizes must be claimed in person unless the winner has otherwise advised. Photo identification maybe required. The major prize draw will be redeemed at a time that is suitable to both the Winner of the Prize and with Homemaker Stylist Revy Bryce Browning.
Upon request by the Promoter a copy of the general contest rules and/or a signed receipt and acknowledgement must be signed and endorsed by any winner to indicate his/her understanding and acceptance of these terms. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to claim their prize.
Promoter's limitation of liability: The Promoter is not responsible for the loss of prizes due to incorrect or imprecise personal details or delivery details provided by a winner. The Promoter also takes no responsibility for prizes lost or stolen after they have been released for delivery via postage or courier.
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of any of the goods/services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered or sustained by any person including, but not limited to consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to the prize winner(s) and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the winners.

By ticking the box on the registration form, Participants acknowledge that they are agreeing to receive future emailed and other marketing communications from the Promoter and its partner Maroochydore Homemaker Centre (MHC). Participants' personal information will be stored on a database by the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out below. Under the Privacy Act the names and addresses of all Participants in this promotion will not be shared or distributed to other parties unless specified (as above).
