If the winner of the Bali Holiday prize is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian on their behalf, at the discretion of the Promoter. During the entire duration of the Bali Holiday prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Flights may only be taken from the winner’s nearest Australian city major airport. The winner will be required to provide at least forty-five (45) days notice of intent to travel.
Travel Insurance is not included; this will be the responsibility of the winner. Spending money, meals, additional taxes (excluding airport and airline taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. All other ancillary and travel costs are the winner’s responsibility. All additional costs incurred whereby the winner wishes to make variations to the travel are the winner’s responsibility. All travel variations are subject to approval by Corporate Traveller upon booking. The Bali Holiday Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the Bali Holiday prize by the time stipulated, then the Bali Holiday prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Bali Holiday prize. Any unused portion of the Bali Holiday prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
As a condition of accepting the Bali Holiday prize, the winner (and their travel companions) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The winner (and their travel companions) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any requisite visas, vaccinations and travel documentation. No compensation will be payable if the winner (or their travel companions) is unable to take the Bali Holiday prize as stated for whatever reason, including denial of entry into any state, or cancellation or postponement of an event, or any part of an event. Bali Holiday prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
