Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. Any entry not complying with these conditions will be deemed invalid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia. The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, their agencies and companies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. The competition commences on Monday November 19, 2012 at 00:01am (AEST) and closes on Sunday December 2, 2012 at 23:59pm (AEST) (Competition Period).
4. To enter, entrants must go to the competition website (name of link), request a sample and complete their postal address details. Once all details have been completed in full, including contact details, they must press Submit to enter. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database.
5. Entry is limited to one entry per email address provided. Any form of repeat or automated entry using any other devices or software is invalid.
6. This competition allocates BB Cream Sample Sachets according to date and time of request received. Chance plays no part in determining the prize winners. All valid entries received by 11:59pm on December 2, 2012 will be sorted depending on their reception date and time. The first 1,000 requests received will be fulfilled by postal mail. Selection will take place at 17 Marine Parade, Abbotsford, Victoria and be completed by 5pm (AEST) on Monday 3 December 2012. The entries found to be the first 1,000 entries received will each be sent a 5ml BB Cream Medium sachet as per point 7.
7. The first 1,000 respondents to request a sample will each receive one 5 ml BB Cream sachet sample in shade Medium. The sachet has a value of $1.50. Total value of 1,000 sachet pool is $1,500.00.
8. The successful respondents will be notified by email and their names and postcode published on the my.natio.com website from Tuesday December 4, 2012. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published.
9. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Promoter may require the winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age, and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter's discretion. To supply or attempt to supply misleading information or make any misrepresentation regarding an entry will result in an entrant being disqualified from this competition.
11. The winners must, at the Promoter's request, consent to the Promoter using their name in promotional material.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be taken as cash. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for another item of equal or higher value as determined by the Promoter.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
14. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
15. If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned for any reason, the Promoter may in its sole discretion terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries.
16. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Information provided by entrants will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this competition. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to contractors and agents it engages to assist it in conducting the competition or communicating with the entrants. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address shown below.
