TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. This promotion is being run at The Myer Centre, 91 Queen Street, Brisbane QLD 4000, King George Square Car Park, King George Square Brisbane City Q4000, Secure Parking MacArthur Central Car Park, 259 Queen St Q4000 and Secure Parking Wintergarden Car Park, Elizabeth St, Brisbane Q 4000.
2. The offer includes receiving 5 hours free parking for any customer who spends over $50 in the CBD on any Sunday in December The offer is valid on 2/12/12, 9/12/12, 16/12/12 and 23/12/12.
3. The minimum $50 purchase amount can be achieved in one single receipt or multiple receipts on the same day of purchase.
4. The parking discount validation can only be received on the day that spend is made.
5. Discounted parking rates are daily rates and customers must exit the car park and present their validated ticket during centre Sunday trade/validation point opening hours.

6. The promotion commences at 12.01am on Saturday December 1, 2012 and concludes 23.59 Sunday 23 December 2012. The offer can be revoked at any time by the Promoter.
7. This offer is only valid on Sundays during December 2012.
8. One parking discount validation may be received per person per day.
9. Parking ticket and receipts must be validated at the Customer Service Desk within the venue where the customer has parked.

10. Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter, retailers at the Centre and any other agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to claim.
11. The standard car park terms and conditions of use apply to the promotion.
12. The parking discount may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
13. Free Parking is subject to availability
14. A claim that in incomplete, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims for the parking discount voucher and reserves the right to disqualify any claim for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim for a parking discount voucher which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
15. By receiving the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter from and against all actions, liabilities, penalties, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the Promotion, or using or permitting any other person to use the gift, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.
