FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promoter is Cricket Australia (ABN: 53 006 089 130) (“Promoter”).
2. Instructions on “How to Enter” form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion (“Eligible Entrants”).
4. Promotion commences at 00:01am AEDST on 3rd December 2012 (with the sale of the January 2013 issue of Cosmopolitan) and closes 15th January 2013 at 23:59pm AEDST (“the Promotional Period”).
5. Entry is online. To enter, Eligible Entrants must during the Promotional Period:
(a) Visit www.grazia.com.au/cricketaustraliapromotion and follow the prompts to enter the promotion, provide your full name, email address, phone number and “Tell us in 25 words or less where is the best place in your city to party after a day at the cricket?” Submit your completed entry as instructed.
6. The Promoter reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant‟s identity, age, and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter‟s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

7. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be
included in the competition.
8. Only one (1) entry permitted per person.
9. This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be
individually judged based on its literary and creative merit of the answer to the question
provided. The judges‟ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and
binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Eligible Entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted is an original artistic
work of the Eligible Entrant that does not infringe the rights (including without limitation,
intellectual property rights) of any third parties. If the entry or any part of the information
provided to the Eligible Entrant in relation to the entry was provided by a third party, the
Eligible Entrant warrants that they have obtained the relevant copyright permission to
submit the entry for the purposes of this promotion. The Eligible Entrant agrees to
indemnify the Promoter against all claims, expenses and costs incurred by the Promoter
arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition.
11. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any
purpose at its absolute discretion, including, without limitation, using the entries for
promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or
other compensation to the entrant. The Promoter is entitled to amend, edit, select, crop,
retouch, add to or delete from any part of the submitted entry.
12. Entries must not be offensive, defamatory or racist. Any entry which the judges deem
inappropriate will be invalid.
13. Judging will begin on the 21st January 2013 at the Promoter‟s premises, 60 Jolimont Street
Jolimont, VIC 3002. This promotion will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the
Promoter. Winners will be notified by phone and mail using contact details provided in their
entry.
14. The best (1) entry submitted by an Eligible Entrant, as determined by the judges pursuant
to clause 9 will be deemed the major prize winner (“Winner”) and will receive the major
prize of the „ultimate cricket experience‟ from the Promoter. This is a package‟ for two (2)
people valued at up to ($3,908) and this major prize is made up of:
 Two (2) x Return Economy Standard Airfares from the Winner‟s nearest capital
city in Australia to either Melbourne Airport, Victoria or Sydney Airport, New South
Wales, Australia up to the value of $1,400 per person (such destination shall be
determined at the Promoter‟s discretion).
 Return airport transfers in either Melbourne or Sydney for two (2) people valued at
up to $254 (dependent on the destination city chosen at the Promoter‟s
discretion).
 Accommodation for one night twin share at a selected 4 star hotel in the
destination chosen by the Promoter valued up $534.00.
 2 x Gold entry tickets to a day‟s play at the selected cricket match in either
Melbourne or Sydney value up to $250.

 2 x CATO merchandise packs valued up to $35.00 each.
 Meet and greet session with Sneaky Sound System after the performance by this musical act. Length of visit and other conditions attached to this session shall be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion (subject always to clause 17).
Total prize pool for the entire Promotion is valued at up to $3,908. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are solely the responsibility of the Winner.

15. Major prize must be redeemed in full and taken as a package between 6th February 2013 to 12th February 2013. Prize must be redeemed as one package and cannot be taken on different days. Prize is subject to booking and availability. Blackout periods may apply.

16. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner and guest agrees to be interviewed, photographed and filmed by the Promoter or its agents at any time during their time at the event and at the time acceptance of the prize, for a story or feature on this promotion to be developed and featured on the Promoter‟s website (or any other form of media it deems suitable) without further remuneration or reference to the winner and his/her gues. Details may feature on Promoter‟s website on a date to be determined by the Promoter. The inclusion of any such feature (including but not limited to creative control of the feature) will remain with the Promoter at all times.
17. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage suffered in the event that the Sneaky Sound Systems appearance is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled or relocated for any reason whatsoever. The availability of Sneaky Sound System to participate in the meet and greet appearance is subject to their schedule and availability at the time of the arranged date of the EWinner‟s redemption of the prize. The Promoter makes no guarantees to the availability of Sneaky Sound System.
18. The winner (and his/her) are responsible for all expenses and costs not expressly stated as being included in the prize, including without limitation, spending money, meals, drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
19. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner may be requested to present their credit card upon arrival at any accommodation to cover all incidentals they may incur including their stay at that hotel.
20. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize Winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that

has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of prize at a venue is subject to the standard rules and regulations of that venue/s.
21. If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
22. As a condition of accepting the prize, the Winner (and their guest) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to request Winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity. Proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
24. The Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries and mail (including but not limited to prizes).
25. The Promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize.
26. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release document and/or other documents of consent to attend the event. These documents will be provided in a form to be determined by the Promoter.
27. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserve the right (subject to all relevant state and territory regulations and including but not limited to natural disaster) to either provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original prize or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
28. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take all elements of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.
29. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
30. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and ACP Magazines Ltd, (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoters) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize

value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) redemption of the prizes. and/or (g) participation in the promotion.
31. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant (whether an Eligible Entrant or otherwise). By entering this Promotion each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter are entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.
32. By entering the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the Promotion, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter‟s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services.
33. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants understand and agree that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by them in relation to this Promotion for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and for any of the purposes set out in the Promoter's privacy policy which is available at www.cricket.com.au/privacy or by emailing privacy@cricket.com.au.
