Each entrant and, if the entrant is under 18 years of age, their parent or guardian, acknowledges and agrees that it is a condition of participation in the Promotion that the entrant be capable of agreeing to these Terms and giving the consents contained herein. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will be open from 00:01AEDT on 26/12/2012 until 23:59 AEDT on 22/02/2013 (Promotion Period).
Participating outlets are all outlets carrying BIC Stationery across Australia (Participating Outlet).
Entry in the Promotion is only open to Australian residents :
(a) aged 18 years and over; or
(b) aged under 18 years, who have obtained their parent or guardian's consent to enter the Promotion on these Terms and whose parent or guardian have agreed to these Terms,
excluding:
I. management, employees, directors and contractors of the Promoter, its related entities, firms or companies associated with the Promotion (including suppliers of prizes);
II. a spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, guardian, child or sibling of a person referred to in paragraph 6I of these Terms;
III. persons who have won a prize or prizes valued either individually or collectively at more than $5,000 (including GST) in any Promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter, within the 12 months prior to the commencement of the Promotion Period;
IV. persons who have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win a promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter (except in the case of a legal change of name); and
V. persons who have breached the terms and conditions of any promotion run by or on behalf of the Promoter,
(Eligible Entrants). The persons referred to in paragraph 6II of these Terms includes natural and non-natural relations (in the opinion of the Promoter) and the Promoter is responsible for determining whether a person is an Eligible Entrant in its absolute discretion.
(ii) indicating their acceptance of these Terms (Web Entry).
When an Eligible Entrant submits a Web Entry:
(a) which complies with these Terms, they will receive an on-screen notification confirming that their Web Entry is valid and has been received; or
(b) which does not comply with these Terms, they will receive an on-screen notification that their Web Entry is invalid,
whichever is applicable in the circumstances.
There is a limit to the number of invalid barcodes that may be submitted by Eligible Entrants in attempting to enter the Promotion. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, block and / or disqualify Eligible Entrants from submitting further entries into the Promotion where they have reached that limit. Eligible Entrants will be advised that they have been blocked and / or disqualified from submitting further entries into the Promotion if they are blocked and / or disqualified.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that any entry mechanism will be available at all times or that a Participating Outlet will be open at all times throughout the Promotion Period.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an Eligible Entrant to automatically enter the Promotion repeatedly is prohibited and will render entries submitted using such means invalid.
VERIFICATION
Eligible Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt/s evidencing their Qualifying Purchase (Proof of Purchase) which corresponds to all entries they submit in the Promotion in order to claim a prize (if won).
If requested by the Promoter, Eligible Entrants must produce, within the time requested by the Promoter at its absolute discretion:
(a) appropriate photo identification or other documentation, required by the Promoter to verify their identity, age, eligibility to enter the Promotion and claim a prize (if drawn) and compliance with these Conditions of Entry; and
(b) their Proof of Purchase that corresponds to all entries they have submitted in the Promotion.
If the items required by the Promoter are not received or an Eligible Entrant has not been verified to the satisfaction of the Promoter within the time period required by the Promoter, the entry(s) submitted by the Eligible Entrant will be deemed as invalid.
Prizes will only be awarded following all validation and verification requirements of the Promoter being met to its satisfaction
All costs associated or arising in connection with the prizes are the responsibility of the respective prize winners.
Eligible Entrants can only enter the Promotion in their own name.
In order to claim a prize, prize winners, and their parent or guardian if they are aged under 18 years of age, are required to sign a Promotion Participation Agreement on terms determined by the Promoter, including

PRIZE DRAWS & PRIZE INFORMATION
All random electronic prize draws will take place at Prime Focus 403 / 62 Beach Street Port Melbourne VIC 3207 (Draw Location).
There will be 370 random times (Winning Time) selected throughout the Promotion Period one (1) of the six (6) different Instant Prizes types, as detailed in paragraph 20, will be randomly allocated to each of these Winning Times. MAJOR PRIZE
The ‘Major Prize’ is a trip to Disneyland, California USA for two (2) adults and two (2) children (aged under 12 years old) valued at up to $20,000 RRP (including GST), depending on date of departure and Major Prize winners’ place of residence) (Major Prize). Major Prize includes:
I. return economy airfares for two (2) adults and two (2) children to Los Angeles, California USA from the capital city nearest to the Major Prize winners’ place of residence valued at up to $13,600.00 RRP (including GST);
II. five (5) nights’ accommodation in a family share room at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel (or similar, 4 star minimum) valued at $3,860.00 RRP (including GST);
III. three (3) day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper pass (including un-limited access to Disneyland & California Park) for two (2) adults and two (2) children) valued at $1,000.00 RRP (including GST); and
IV. AUD$1,540 spending money, to be awarded to the Major Prize winner in the form of a cheque.
MAJOR PRIZE CONDITIONS
The Major Prize must be booked 60 days prior to departure date. Major Prize must be taken before 30 November 2013. All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation provider.
Block out period includes 25th June 2013 until 30th July 2013. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
All bookings and documentation regarding the Major Prize must be made via Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their agents as directed by the Promoter.
During the entire duration of the Major Prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany persons under 18 years of age. The nominated adult companion must be 18 years of age or older and the two (2) nominated children must be under 12 years of age.
All aspects of the Major Prize (including travel and accommodation) are for the two (2) adults and two (2) children traveling together at all times.
Redeeming the Major Prize is conditional on acceptance of the terms and conditions of travel as detailed by Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd and the airline carriers in accordance with normal travel practices.
The Major Prize must be taken as stated. Major Prize, or components of, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Major Prize Winner and nominated companions must be in possession of a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity on it prior to departure.
Any costs incurred in sourcing visas and / or passports are the responsibility of the respective Major Prize winner and his / her nominated travelling companions.
Major Prize winner and nominated travel companions must have valid travel insurance for their period of travel.
Once Major Prize is booked no changes can be made.
The Major Prize cannot be exchanged for other travel, flights or accommodation at other destinations.
All components of the Major Prize must be taken together as a single trip to be booked by the Promoter.
In the event for any reason the Major prize winner does not take an element of the Major Prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the Major Prize will be forfeited by the Major Prize winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element
of the Major Prize.
The Major Prize winner must hold a valid credit card and present it on check in at accommodation establishment, to cover any incidental hotel charges.
The Major Prize does not (except as expressly stated) include:
I. any transport between a traveler’s residence and the departure airport;
II. any overnight accommodation while traveling to the departure airport or destination;
III. any other travel or accommodation;
IV. any incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar charges, telephone calls, in house movies, food and beverages);
V. any insurance (such as travel or health cover) however the Promoter requires the winner and their nominated travelling companions cover themselves with full travel insurance valid for travel to America. Receipt of insurance for all persons travelling must be supplied to the promoter prior to travel. Should the winner and their travelling companions fail to take out travel insurance, the Promoter will require them to sign a waiver prior to travel;
VI. any vaccinations or other medical or health related services;
VII. Frequent flyer points; or
VIII. any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by those traveling.
The Major Prize winner and nominated traveling companions are responsible for compliance with any health, passport, visa and other requirements for entry into America, any country en-route and return to Australia (Entry Requirements).
The Major Prize winner and their traveling companions are responsible for making themselves familiar and following the Australian Government's travel advisory and consular assistance advice available at
www.smartraveller.gov.au.
Participation in the Major Prize is subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by those involved in providing other goods or services included in the Major Prize (Third Party Terms).
The Major Prize winner and nominated traveling companions participating in the Major Prize are responsible for compliance with all applicable Entry Requirements and Third Party Terms and bear all risks associated with failure to comply with any of them. They will be required to maintain an acceptable standard of behavior while a participant in the Major Prize. The Promoter assumes no liability (and will provide no compensation) to the Major Prize winner and/or nominated traveling companions who, as a result of any failure to comply with any Entry Requirements or Third Party Terms:
I. is unable to participate in the Major Prize (or any part of it); or
II. is refused entry into any country; or
III. suffers any other loss or damage.
The Major Prize cannot be sold, scalped, auctioned, raffled, pledged, or promoted as an incentive or reward by any third party as an inducement for any person or other entity to enter into any commercial or other arrangements with that third party. If the Major Prize is obtained through any of these methods, it will not be honored.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Prize winners will be:
(a) notified by phone and in writing; and(b) and the Major Prize Winner and Apple iPad Winners published in The Australian on 21/03/2013.
UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW
In order to distribute any unclaimed prizes the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be conducted on 12/06/2013 at 12 noon AEST at the Draw Location by a representative of the Promoter from all remaining Eligible Entries received in the Promotion, subject to any directions from the State and Territory Gaming Departments (Unclaimed Prize Draw). Prizes in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be awarded in descending order of value. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
NOTIFICATIONS OF UNCLAIMED PRIZE WINNERS
Unclaimed Prize Draw winners, if any, will be:
(a) notified by phone and in writing; and
(b) and the Major Prize Winner and Apple iPad Winners published in The Australian on 04/07/2013.
Prizes, including Major Prize documentation, will be delivered to the residential address as advised by the respective winners.
If more than one person attempts to claim a prize, the Promoter has sole and absolute discretion to determine which of those persons the winning Eligible Entrant is.
At the Promoters discretion if a prize winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded on their behalf to their parent or guardian.
GENERAL
Each Qualifying Purchase counts towards one (1) entry only.
Multiple entries are accepted subject to a maximum of one (1) Eligible Entry per household on any given day throughout the Promotion Period up to a maximum of five (5) entries for the Promotion. Eligible Entrants who are not residents of South Australia may win a maximum of one (1) Instant Prize in the Promotion only.
The Promoter shall not be liable for a prize being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before they reach the winners or after it has been released to the winners.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prizes from time of printing Promotion materials.
If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner(s) with a nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated prize, subject to any directions given by the State and Territory Gaming Departments.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to State and Territory Gaming regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Promotion.
