8. How to enter
“Don’t Be Caller Number One” will be played weekdays between Monday 10th December 2012 and Friday 11th January 2013, excluding Christmas Day (25th December 2012) and New Year’s Day (1st January 2013).
Contesting will take place randomly between 7am and 6pm (AEDT) each day, with no more than 6 contesting segments occurring across the day.
When solicited by announcers, listeners must call in to Mix106.5 on (02) 9611 1065 for the chance to win.
The first caller through on the line (to be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion) will NOT be deemed the winner and will not be awarded a prize.
The second caller through on the liner (to be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion) WILL be deemed the winner and awarded the prize for that draw.
9. Prize Details
Each caller that is awarded a prize will receive ONE item from the prize pool .

Each prize will be valued between $40 and $200.
Prizes are at the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
There will be a maximum of 138 prizes awarded throughout the campaign period.
10: Prize valuation
The total prize pool will not exceed $15,000
11: Limitation on entries (i.e. number)
There is no limitation on the number of entries, however once a contestant has successfully won a prize that contestant (and any members of their immediate family and/or household) are no longer eligible to win again for the duration of the campaign period.
12. Age Limitation
All entrants and winners must be over the age of 18 to enter and claim their prize.
13: Draw process and judging
The winner must be the second contestant through on the line to be deemed the winner.
The contestant chosen is at the discretion of the Promoter at the time of contesting.
14: Draw date & Time & Address
Prize winners will be chosen weekdays (Monday 10th December 2012 – Friday 11th January 2013, excluding Christmas and New Year’s Day) between 7am and 6pm (AEDT)
All draws will take place at Mix106.5 – 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde, NSW, 2113
15: Method of Winner Notification
All prize winners will be announced on-air (at the time of winning) and notified via telephone and in writing following their win.
16: Date of Winner Notification
All winners will be notified immediately of their win during the promotional period, between 7am and 6pm (AEDT) between Monday 10th December 2012 and Friday 11th January 2013 (excluding Christmas Day and New Year’s Day)
