ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS
The Promoter will judge all entries received during the Registration Period and will select one (1) entrant to win the major prize and second chance draw prize. The judging of the entries will take place at 128 Greenhill Road, Unley SA 5061 after 5pm on Sunday 13th January 2013.
The two (2) winners will be selected at the Promoter’s sole discretion on the basis of the creativity, originality, the humour of the response contained in their entry submitted during the Registration Period and their suitability to attend the major prize.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. First and second prize winners will be announced on-air on Triple M or by telephone at the Promoter’s discretion.

The accommodation will be booked via the promoter with Stayz accommodation, the winner will be able to select there nominated dates subject to availability. Any damages or extra costs that occur during the winners stay they are responsible for. The promoter will take no responsibility for this. The accommodation Terms and Conditions are supplied by Stayz.
The prize does not include anything other than what is listed in Item 11: Prize Details. Any additional costs, including but not limited to room service, internet use, phone use and mini bar, will need to be covered by the Prize Winner and/or their travel companion.
