BAYVIEW MARINE AUSTRALIAN FISHING CHAMPIONSHIPS COMPETITION 2012-2013
Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Participants can enter via
www.fishnet.com.au as advertised on the NINE Network and Fox Sports.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia. However, employees and their immediate families of Fishnet.com.au Pty Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.
Entrants need to describe in 25 words or less "Their most memorable fishing moment."
Entrants may be required to provide various personal information including but not limited to their name, email address, residential address and/or contact phone number/s for the purpose of verifying eligibility.
Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible and disregarded. Unrecognised or incorrect entries will not be accepted. Entries that do not comply with the format requirement for entry will not be accepted.
Online entry is free however internet connection rates may apply.
Individuals first valid and complete entry will be included in competition.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not the time they are sent or uploaded. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent of guardian over the age of 18 to enter.
The competition commences on 11th October 2012 at 00:01 (AEDT) and concludes on 30th March 2013 at 23:59 (AEDT).
The judging for the winner will take place during the the month of April 2013 at the offices of Fishnet.Com.Au Pty Ltd (Melbourne, Victoria). The winner announced at
www.fishnet.com.au April 30th, 2013. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The major prize winner will be notified by phone and mail and published at
www.fishnet.com.au 30th April 2013. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. Winner will be notified by mail.

If the winner of the boat is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, the boat will be transferred into the name of the winner�s parent or guardian until the winner turns 18 years of age.
Comprehensive insurance, additional options and all ancillary costs (including travel to and from the dealership) are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated in these terms and conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
The winner is responsible for pick up of prize from Bayview Marine (
www.bayviewmarine.com.au 6/18 Powlett St Moorabbin VIC 3189). If the winner requires the boat to be delivered to a nominated location, that cost will be the direct responisibility of prize winner.

Prize winners are advised that Tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of the prize.

An unclaimed prize announcement for the entry deemed second best will take place if deemed necessary on 1st July 2013 at 11:00 (AEST) to distribute any prizes unclaimed, subject to the relevant state legislation. Winners of this draw will be notified in writing and
