1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Greyhound Australia (ABN. 59 104 326 383) at 213 Holt Street, Eagle Farm QLD 4009.
3. The officers, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related bodies.
Corporate and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the
entry process, submits an incomplete entry, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions
of Entry.
5. The Promotion commences on Monday 3 December 2012 at 9:00am AEST and closes Friday 11 January 2013 at
04:00pm AEST.
6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must be 18 years or older and book any Greyhound Adventure Package, Greyhound
Kilometre Pass or Greyhound Mini Traveller Pass before midnight on 11 January 2013. Excludes Mini Packages,

7. The prize winners will be drawn at 10am on Thursday 17 January 2013 at Greyhound Australia, 213 Holt Street,
Eagle Farm, Queensland, 4009. The prize winners will be contacted via email on Thursday 17 January 2013. The
prize winners may also be mentioned via Social Media avenues such as Facebook and/or Twitter. If Greyhound does
not receive reply confirmation from the prize winners by Tuesday 29 January 2013, Greyhound reserves the right to
draw an alternative winner(s).
8. The Promoter is not responsible for arranging or cost of travel for the prize winners to get to or from the start of the
tour or travel prize. Winners will be responsible for any additional costs such as meals, transfers or insurance not
included in the prizes as documented in the terms and conditions.
9. There will be 8 winners in total. Prizes are as follows; 3 x AUD$500 Visa Gift Cards, 1 x Great Barrier Reef day trip
(Value $149), 1 x Blue Mountains Day Tour (Valued $117), 1 x Camira Whitehaven Adventure (Valued $175), 1 x 1
Night stay at Base Magnetic Island (Valued $94) and 1 x Fraser Island Day Tour (Valued $125). Winners will be
drawn and prizes awarded in this order.
10. Total prize pool is valued at $2,160. Prizes are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion and are not
redeemable for cash.
11. For tour prizes, block out periods may apply (including school holidays), and are subject to availability. Prizes must be
booked in their entirety and once booked cannot be changed.
12. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by
computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the
control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this
competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the
entry process, and, subject to any written directions given by the various Lottery Departments, to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the competition. In the case of intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes
the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests,
natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest or strikes, the Promoter may cancel the promotion and recommence it from
the start on the same conditions subject to any written direction from the various lottery departments.
13. Eligible Entrants enter and participate in the promotion at their own risk. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss
or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal
injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded
by law.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the
Promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to
be able to safely participate in the prize.
15. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is
not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised,

each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, including sending the entrant electronic
messages. Entrants' personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners'
names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any
information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out above.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of age, identity and residency prior to awarding
the prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that the
winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct security verification checks at their absolute discretion. Prize winner may
be required to sign a declaration confirming their eligibility to accept the prize.
