NUTRIWAY Whip it Trim it Win it Competition – Terms and Conditions

(1) Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the terms and conditions of entry.

(2) Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand only. Employees of Amway of Australia and Amway of New Zealand, their immediate families, suppliers, associates, companies and agencies are not, however, eligible to enter.

(3) This is a game of skill and applies to those people who, by the close of the promotional period, upload an original low carbohydrate recipe on www.facebook.com/nutriwayausnz
(4) The promotion commences at 9am on 3rd of December, 2012 and closes at midnight on
15th of January 2013. Limit of one entry per person per promotion.

(5) Amway of Australia will judge the winning entries between the 15th and 21st of January based on originality (20%) and creativity (80%). Selection of the winners will take place at Amway of Australia, 46 Carrington Road, Castle Hill, NSW 2154, Australia.

(6) Winners will be notified via Facebook from the 21st of January, 2013. Prizes will be dispatched to the winners by 1st of February 2013.

(7) Prize: One signed Adam Gilchrest Cricket Ball and a copy of Sean Foy’s 4,3,2,1
10 minute Total Body Break Through book. 5 in total to be won.

( Amway of Australia and Amway of New Zealand reserve the right to use entrants recipes and names and states of residence for promotional purposes.

(9) Following the assessment of entries, Amway’s decision will be final and no
correspondence will be entered into with respect to the determination of the winner.

(10) If any part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification.

(11) Prize is not redeemable for cash.

(12) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated

permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant and/or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. Any such act of changing, modifying or suspending the promotion would be subject to relevant state and territory regulations and would not be implemented without permission from the state bodies issuing permits for this promotion.
