SELECT SUNSCREEN SAMPLING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This sample product offer is open to residents of Australia only, aged 13 or older. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this sampling offer are ineligible to claim the sample products on offer. Participation in the sampling offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. This sample product offer commences on the 30/01/2013 for the first 5000 respondents (Offer Period).Once stocks of the sample products on offer are exhausted, no more sample products will be distributed to claimants.
3. Each sample product will contain 2 sample 15ml sachets of the Select SFF 50 + sunscreen.
4. Each of the first 5000 claimants who submits a valid request through the Woolworths Facebook Page during the Offer Period will be sent a sample of the requested Sample Product. The sample will be sent to the claimant at the residential address set out in the claim form submitted through the Website.
5. Each claimant must allow up to 8 weeks for receipt of the Sample Product.
6. The Sample Product is not for sale.
7. A limit of one Sample Product request per household applies.
8. The Promoter's decision is final & no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected claims.
9. Any cost associated with accessing the Website is the claimant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used by the claimant. All requests are deemed to be taken at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the claimant.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law in relation to supply of our Sample Product, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the sample offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any of their associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, expense, personal injury, death or liability (including, but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses) that is suffered or incurred in connection with this sample offer, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, and their associated agencies, or any person associated with any of them including their employees or agents or otherwise.
11. If the sample offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the sample offer, as appropriate.
12. By entering the sample product offer, claimants give the Promoter permission to publish their first name, state and Facebook profile picture on the Woolworths Facebook Page.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to request claimants to provide proof of identity and residency at the delivery address nominated on the claim form.
14. All claimants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this Promotion. This sample product offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. By claiming this offer, claimants are providing information to Woolworths Limited and not to

15. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the sample product offer and may, for this purpose,
disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, sample suppliers and as required, to

terms, the Promoter will not use the claimants’ personal details for any marketing, promotional or publicity purposes
unless they have opted in to this information via the checkbox on the entry form. Personal information will only be
used to contact and announce the winners. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct
