South West Credit “Update Your Details for Your Chance to Win” Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter and competition prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry. Entries not complying with these Terms & Conditions of Entry are ineligible and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Participant or Group from the Promotion if any entries do not comply with these Terms & Conditions of Entry.
2. In these Terms & Conditions of Entry, unless the contrary intention appears, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out opposite them:
“Participant” means a person who is eligible to participate in the Promotion;
“South West Credit Client” means a person who has at least one open and active account (regularly transacted on)with South West Credit during the promotion period.
“Relevant Contact Details” means at least one address and contact phone number.
3. The Promotion is open to residents of Victoria only. You must be a South West Credit Client to enter. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Entry into the Promotion is free.
4. The Promotion commences Tuesday 1st January, 2013 at 9:00am.
5. The Promotion ends Friday 15th February, 2013 at 5pm.
6. To enter the Promotion, a Participant must do one of the following:
a) Update all of their relevant contact details using the dedicated online form via www.swcredit.com.au/update;
b) Update all of their relevant contact details in branch with a Customer Service Officer;
c) Update all their relevant contact details with a Customer Service Officer by calling (03) 5560 3900.
7. The competition winner will be drawn on Monday 18th February, 2012 at South West Credit, 117 Lava Street, Warrnambool VIC and contacted via telephone. The winner will be published on the South West Credit website www.swcredit.com.au.
8. The competition winner will be able to choose from an iPad (up to the value of $500) or $500 credit into their South West Credit account.
9. The prize will be either available for collection or deposited into the winners’ savings account (depending on what prize is chosen) within 28 days of the draw.
10. In the event of a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter is not liable and does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained:
i) in connection with a Participants participation in the promotion; and
ii) relating to the conduct of the Promotion however caused, including failure of the Web Site or incorrect or corrupt data supplied by the Promoter to Participant.
