Promoter’s details
1. The promoter is South Bank Corporation ABN 95 927 817 538, Ground Floor, South Bank House, Stanley Street Plaza, Brisbane Qld 4101 (“the Promoter”).
Who can enter
2. Entry is open to all Queensland residents excluding directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families.
How to enter
3. The Competition commences at 8:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 1 February 2013 and finishes on 10 February 2013 at 12 midnight (AEST). Late entries will not be accepted.
4. To enter the Competition, you must agree to the terms and conditions, complete your details in the form.
5. Each entry must contain your name, email address, phone number and accept the terms and conditions. If you do not supply all of the required information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
6. You may not submit multiple entry over the competition period.
7. Any person who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or these terms and conditions is not eligible to win.
Selection of the Winner
8. The winners will be drawn on 11 February, 2013 at South Bank Corporation Head Office, South Bank House, Cnr Ernest & Stanley Street Plaza, South Bank. The winner of the prize will be drawn at random.
9. The prize winner will be contacted by phone and email on 11 February 2013. The prize is a three course dinner for two with drinks at Cove Bar and Dining, two tickets to ride the Wheel of Brisbane and two tickets to see The Pitch & The China Incident at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre. Prize must be redeemed on Valentine's Day - 14 February 2013.
10. Decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Your warranties
11. By entering the Competition, you warrant that:
a. The details contained in and with your entry are true and correct;
b. You have all necessary rights and licenses to enable you to accept these Terms and Conditions and grant the rights contained in these Terms and Conditions to the Promoter;
c. If the Promoter exercises the rights contained in these Terms and Conditions, it will not infringe the rights of any third parties;
d. You allow the promoter share your entry for promotional purposes.

12. You indemnify the Promoter against any loss, damage or claim for compensation resulting from your breach of any of the warranties contained in Condition 11.

13. The prize is not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for cash. If the winner is under the age of 18, no alcohol will be provided as part of the prize.

17. You agree to be contacted by the Promoter about the Competition and to participate in the Promoter’s publicity activities as reasonably requested, including being photographed by the Promoter for use by the Promoter in future marketing and promotional activities, without any fee being paid to you.
18. You agree that by submitting your entry, you will be entered into and registered on the South Bank Corporation and and Walt Disney Pictures' promoter Shout Communications database so that you can receive regular updates, marketing and promotional material from the Promoter.
