The competition is open to residents of Queensland over the age of 18 years of age only, who are current RACQ members when the competition is drawn. 4.This competition will involve one round in which entrants are eliminated.
5.Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and related entities of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
6.The competition commences at 8.30am on Friday, February 1, 2013 and closes at 5pm on Friday, March 29, 2013. For the first stage elimination round of the draw, 100 entries will be selected and divided proportionately between the methods of entry.
7.The first elimination round of the competition will be drawn at 10am on Tuesday, April 2, 2013, at RACQ The Road Ahead, 300 St Paul’s Terrace, FORTITUDE VALLEY and Oxygen 8 Communications, Suite 156, Life Style Working, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100. The final draw of the competition will be drawn at RACQ The Road Ahead, 300 St Paul’s Terrace, FORTITUDE VALLEY on Tuesday, April 2, 2013 at 3pm.
8.There will be one (1) first prize winner and 50 runner-up prize winners in this competition that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9.Entrants may enter the competition as many times as they like, however, only one prize will be awarded to the prize winner regardless of the number of times their entries are drawn.

Total value of the first prize is $2000. The 50 runner-up prize winners will each receive a one-day guest pass to the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on 23-26 May, 2013, including ‘park and ride’ transfers from Warner Bros. Movie World, valued at $25 each. The total value of runner up prizes is $1250.
12.The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prizes are valid only during the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show from 23-26 May, 2013.
13.The winners will be notified on the phone number, email or postal address they use to enter the competition. Competition results will also be published on
www.roadahead.com.au two weeks after the final draw. The prize will be posted or couriered to the winner as appropriate within one month of the competition being drawn to the addresses provided by the winners when they entered the competition.
14.If the competition winners are unable to be contacted within three (3) weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 9am on April 22, 2013 at RACQ The Road Ahead, 300 St Paul’s Terrace, FORTITUDE VALLEY and the redraw winner will be notified by mail or by telephone using the address and telephone number provided by the redraw winner when they entered the competition.
15.All entries become the property of the Promoter. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
16.The information that entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting the competition, and to periodically keep entrants informed about the goods and services provided by the Promoter, related entities and its service providers. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details for the purposes described in this clause. 17.If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, whether because of computer virus, mobile phone failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which in the Promoter’s opinion affects the administration of the competition, security, fairness or integrity, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in Queensland as may be required.
18.The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prizes or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes.
