HOW TO ENTER
To enter, consumers must purchase the February 2013 issue of Dolly on sale 16th January, 2013 which includes The Dolly Quiz Edition. They then must correctly complete the puzzles corresponding to the prizes they want to win, visit dolly.ninemsn.com.au, click on the WIN button, followed by the win prizes from Dolly Quiz Edition link, followed by the puzzle name which you would like to enter to win the corresponding prize/s. They will then be asked to fill in the correct code word/s/phrase/s which can be found by completing each puzzle, and complete the required entry details, including name, address and telephone number. Entrants do not have to complete every puzzle, only the puzzles relevant to the prizes they wish to win.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. 10. Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue. Redemption of the voucher prizes are be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the voucher will not be awarded as cash.
11. Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not exchangeable or cannot be redeemed as cash. 15. If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner’s parent/legal guardian to prove their parental status/ legal guardianship at the time of winner notification. In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.

21. The Promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize.
22. 23. If a medical circumstance in some way restricts your ability to enter the competition through the required mechanic, you are still eligible to enter however you must briefly state your circumstances upon entry.
24. If your entry is selected as a winning entry, validation of your circumstances/ the validity of your entry will be undertaken by the Promoter. Method of validation (without limitation) will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion. If the winning entry is deemed to be a winner, the winner will be notified as per the terms and conditions herein. In the event that the Promoter requests the entrant to sign any legal documents relating to the verification of their medical circumstance, the legal documents will take the form determined by the Promoter. 25. If necessary, a draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 27/05/13 at the same place as the original draws, at 11:00am (AEST), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. 26. Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
