Item 6Method of EntryTo enter by internet an entrant must use a compatible browser to visit www.sftv.com.au/continuum and follow the directions there. The entrant must complete an electronic entry form and provide all details requested on the form, including but not limited to, first and last name, telephone, postal address and email address and the correct and current weekly code word.

 There will be one ‘Continuum Code Word’each week, displayed on-air between the times of 9:30pm AESDT and 11:30pm AESDT on Thursday 21 February 2013, and between the times of 9:30pm AESDT and 10:30pm AESDT on Thursday 28 February 2013, Thursday 7 March 2013 and Thursday 14 March 2013.

Only code words supplied at the time of the original transmission of the Program will be valid for use to enter into the Competition during the corresponding Entry Periods. The code word will change weekly and entries which quote an incorrect or out-dated code word will be ineligible for entry. •1 day on the set of the television show “Continuum” for the winner and their travelling companion, with the walk-on-role experience for the winner only , this is a money can’t buy component of the major prize; and
•$2,000 spending money

Total prize pool valued up to $9,000.
Item 14Special Conditions1.The winners and their companion are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and any other flight associated taxes included within the prize), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs.  Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3.The winner/s and travelling companions must travel at the same time, must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth).

Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule.  Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline.

A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. Once accommodation vouchers are issued they are non-changeable.

It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the travellers.

The Promoter and Salmat Digital Pty Limited, make no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the web site of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

6.If for any reason a winner does not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash and is forfeited absolutely. Prize must be taken as is, no alternative will be offered subject to the absolute discretion of the Promoter.

PARTICIPATION

2.Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these conditions.
3.The Competition is a game of chance in which skill plays no part in determining the winners.
4.The Competition is only open to “Eligible Entrants”, being individuals who (i) are permanent residents of Australia; and (ii) are 18 years of age or over; and (iii) are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with the Competition; and (iv) are not a spouse, defacto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee.
ENTRY TO COMPETITION
5.Subject to the other conditions: (i) no more than one entry per person per entry period will be accepted.
6.Only one prize per household will be awarded (SA residents are entitled to win more than one prize).
7.Entry can only be made by internet at www.sftv.com.au/continuum
8.All entrants must ensure that their entries are received by the Promoter during the corresponding Entry Period. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
9.All entries to the Competition may be subject to verification by the Promoter. An entrant MUST, within 2 days of being asked, at the Promoter's cost allow the Promoter to inspect and copy any documents the Promoter may request establishing eligibility to enter or win, including (i) residence; or (ii) identity.
10.The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter's satisfaction; or (ii) fails to produce items as required by condition 9 or produces items that are in the opinion of the Promoter illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or (iii) tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering; or (iv) submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these conditions.
11.An entry by more than one person (ie a joint entry) is invalid.
12.Any costs associated with accessing the Competition Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
13.Eligible Entrants must make their internet entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject internet entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that they have been entered using automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.

WINNER DETERMINATION
14.The Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by Salmat Digital Pty Limited at Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 at 11:00 am (AESDT) on Monday18 March 2013. The Prize winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and will have their name published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 15 March 2013.
15.If a Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize by 10:00 am (AESDT) on Wednesday 3 April 2013, then the Prize will be forfeited and a substitute prize will not be offered in lieu of the Prize subject to State Regulation.
16.The Promoter shall conduct such further redraws as may be deemed necessary at Salmat Digital  Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on Wednesday 3 April 2013 at 12:00pm (AESDT) to distribute any Prizes (if unclaimed by that date), subject to State Regulation. The redrawn winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and will have their details published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on  Monday 8 April 2013.
17.There will be one (1) Prize Winner. The Prize Winner will receive a trip for two to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada valued at a maximum of $9,000. The Prize includes:

The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.
19.Rights to receive prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
WINNERS
20.Each winner will be notified in writing to the address provided. All entrants must ensure the address is filled in accurately. The notification may include instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish his/her entitlement to it.
21.In order to be entitled to any prize each winner must, if requested by the Promoter, agree to and sign: an eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions and eligibility to accept the prize; and a liability release in favour of the Promoter and/or any person or other entity associated with this Competition. A winner who does not comply with this condition forfeits their prize.
GENERAL
22.If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.

Rachel Nichols (Criminal Minds, Alias) stars as Kiera Cameron, a cop from 2077 who finds herself trapped in the present day.  When a group of fanatical terrorists escapes their planned execution in the year 2077 by vaulting back in time, they inadvertently sweep dedicated City Protective Services officer, Kiera, along with them.

 With unexpected assistance from teen tech genius Alec Sadler (Erik Knudsen; Jericho, Scream 4), Kiera infiltrates the local police department and forms an uneasy alliance with her new partner, detective Carlos Fonnegra (Victor Webster; Castle, Melrose Place). 10.The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare any or all entries made by an entrant invalid if the entrant: (i) fails to establish their entitlement to enter the Competition to the Promoter's satisfaction; or (ii) fails to produce items as required by condition 9 or produces items that are in the opinion of the Promoter illegible, stolen, forged, reconstructed, altered, incomplete or tampered with in any way; or (iii) tampers with the entry process or benefits from such tampering; or (iv) submits an entry which in the Promoter's opinion is not in accordance with these conditions.
11.An entry by more than one person (ie a joint entry) is invalid.
12.Any costs associated with accessing the Competition Website are the responsibility of the person seeking access and are dependent on the internet service provider used.
13.Eligible Entrants must make their internet entries manually using an internet browser. The Promoter may reject internet entries if it reasonably forms the opinion that they have been entered using automated entry means or by use of a competition entry service.

WINNER DETERMINATION
14.The Prize winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by Salmat Digital Pty Limited at Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 at 11:00 am (AESDT) on Monday18 March 2013. The Prize winner will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and will have their name published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 15 March 2013.
15.If a Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the Prize by 10:00 am (AESDT) on Wednesday 3 April 2013, then the Prize will be forfeited and a substitute prize will not be offered in lieu of the Prize subject to State Regulation.
16.The Promoter shall conduct such further redraws as may be deemed necessary at Salmat Digital  Pty Limited, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney NSW 2060 on Wednesday 3 April 2013 at 12:00pm (AESDT) to distribute any Prizes (if unclaimed by that date), subject to State Regulation. The redrawn winner of any unclaimed Prize will be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and will have their details published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on  Monday 8 April 2013.
17.There will be one (1) Prize Winner. The Prize Winner will receive a trip for two to Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada valued at a maximum of $9,000. The Prize includes:

•Return economy class flights for two (2) adults from the winner’s nearest capital city in Australia, valued at up to $5,000; and
•5 night’s accommodation minimum 4 star twin share accommodation  for two adults valued at up to $2000; and
•1 day on the set of the television show “Continuum” for the winner and their travelling companion with the walk-on-role experience for the winner only, this is a money can’t buy component of the major prize; and
•$2000 spending money

Total prize pool valued up to $9,000.

18.If any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter will, in its absolute discretion, substitute alternative goods or services of no lesser retail value and/or specification, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for the conduct of the Competition. The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason.
19.Rights to receive prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
WINNERS
20.Each winner will be notified in writing to the address provided. All entrants must ensure the address is filled in accurately. The notification may include instructions as to how the winner is to claim the prize and establish his/her entitlement to it.
21.In order to be entitled to any prize each winner must, if requested by the Promoter, agree to and sign: an eligibility form confirming their compliance with the Conditions and eligibility to accept the prize; and a liability release in favour of the Promoter and/or any person or other entity associated with this Competition. A winner who does not comply with this condition forfeits their prize.
GENERAL
22.If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Competition is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Competition.
23.The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, congestion on any carrier network or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Competition.
24.CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO CAUSE DAMAGE TO ANY WEBSITE OR THE INFORMATION ON ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR TO OTHERWISE UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS COMPETITION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW IN THE EVENT THAT ANY SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, WHETHER OR NOT THAT ATTEMPT RESULTS IN ANY SUCH DAMAGE, INTERFERENCE OR UNDERMINING.
25.All of the Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
26.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liability incurred as a result of an entrant participating in the Competition. Entrants should obtain independent tax and financial advice.
27.To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agencies and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by any Eligible Entrant in connection with the Competition or prizes, including: (i) any indirect, economic or consequential loss; (ii) any loss arising from the negligence of a Relevant Party; (iii) any liability for personal injury or death.
28.Each winner consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in any media at any time or times without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition, the Promoter and/or any of the Promoter's products.
29.Entrants' personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer the Competition and publicise its winner(s) and, if an entrant consents, may be used to market its products to the entrant. The personal information of each winner may be provided to others assisting in the conduct of the Competition, including the Competition administrator, prize suppliers and deliverers, and to regulatory authorities. Persons may contact the Promoter by post at Locked Bag 1, Paddington, NSW 2021 to request access to, or corrections of, any of their collected personal information that is held by the Promoter. If an entrant does not provide accurate personal information the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize.
