*Competitions Guide is hosting this competition on behalf of Absolute World Group Australia Pty Ltd, and is not acting as Promoter. Competitions Guide does not retain any information over and above our standard member requirements.
1. Entry is open to residents of Australia only, aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. Employess, business associates and direct relatives of Absolute World Group Australia Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
2. To enter, entrants must complete their first and last name, State, gender, age group, mobile phone number, and marriage and employment status. Failure to answer any required question will result in an entry being deemed ineligible.
3. Multiple entries are not allowed.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
5. Promotion dates are as follows:
- Commences 22/2/2013 at 12:00am AEST
- Closes 30/8/2013 at 11:59pm AEST
- Drawn 14/9/2013 at 12:00pm AEST at Lot 1A, 95 Eumundi Road, Noosaville, QLD 4566
6. The first valid entry drawn will Win a holiday for 2 Adults to their choice of Q Signature Resort (Koh Samui), Twin Sands (Phuket) or Umalas (Bali).
The prize includes return economy airfares, 7 nights accommodation in a twin share room, and return airport transfers to and from resort at the chosen international destination.
The prize does not include domestic transfers, spending money, meals and beverages, in-room services, travel insurance, or governmental charges.
The prize must be taken within 12 months of the date of winner notification. Travel dates are subject to availability.
7. The winner will be notified by email and phone, and their name published in The Australian Newspaper on 22/09/2013
8. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any tax implications are the responsibility of the winner.
9. Total maximum prize pool value is $4,999 AUD
10. In the event of any prize/s being unclaimed by 17/1/2014, a further draw will take place to determine replacement winner. Replacement draw will take place 5pm EST on 17/1/2014 at Lot 1A, 95 Eumundi Road, Noosaville, QLD 4566. The winner in any replacement draw will be notified by email and phone, and their name published in The Australian Newspaper on 24/01/2014
11. Prize values are the recommended retail values as provided by the suppliers and are correct at the time of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
13. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. The Promotor will not disclose personal details of any entrant to any 3rd party except in the case that the entrant is a prize winner. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that they may be contacted by email, mail, and/or phone by the Promoter. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to relevant Governmental departments upon request.
