How to Enter
1. Successfully complete the competition entry page found via the Bing Lee Electrics Facebook Page, URL:
http://www.facebook.com/BingLeeElectrics, with the required information.
2. Caption the image displayed on the competition entry page and the most creative answer wins.
3. A ‘Panel of Judges’ selected by the Promoter will choose the most creative responses as the winners.
4. Note the following criteria:
a. One entry per person is allowed.
b. Originality is key. Use your creativity as we will be looking for the most unique responses.
The Prizes
1. There will be 1 major prizewinner and 12 daily prizewinners – major prize is valued at $2100, and each daily prize is valued at $70.
2. Total prize pool is $2940.
Conditions of Entry
1. Entrants must Like the Bing Lee Facebook page to enter.
2. Entries can only be accepted from Australian residents over the age of 18 years.
3. Bing Lee Pty Ltd employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Dates
1. The entire competition starts on Saturday 2/3/13 and ends on Wednesday 13/3/13.
2. All entries must be received between Saturday 2/3/13 and Wednesday 13/3/13.
3. The Panel of Judges will select and announce the winners at the end of the entire competition.
Winner Selection
1. Winners will be selected daily between Sunday 3/3/13 and Thursday 14/3/13 at 12pm each day; location of the decision will be:
Level 1, 702 Woodville Road, Old Guildford 2161 NSW Australia.
2. Once the winners are selected by the Panel of Judges they will be notified by email.
3. Winners will be announced on the Bing Lee Facebook page.
General
1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
2. Should a prize remain unclaimed or the winner remains uncontactable due to any misadventure for a period of 3 months from the original date of announcement the prize will be forfeited. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. (All dates refer to the 2012 calendar year.)
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
4. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
6. Prizes, including any unused portions are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise indicated. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values.
7. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the competition.
8. By entering the competition, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information or disclose it to other organisations that may use it in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.
9. Panel of Judges is chosen employees of the Promoter.
