This promotion Well Naturally Chocolate Easter Giveaway is conducted by Vitality Brands Worldwide. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are drawn as a winner. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
To enter, you must be at least 18 years of age and a must be a citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
Vitality Brands employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
Entry to the Promotion commences at 9am on 8/3/13 and closes at 9am on 22/3/13. Prize Draw Everyone who enters and leaves their details will receive a free Well Naturally Chocolate bar 45g size. To be eligible for the prize, an entrant must have adhered to all the terms and conditions. Vitality Brands will endeavour to send your bar within 14 days of your entry being received.
Participants cannot specify which flavour/variety they receive. Limit one bar per entry.
A maximum of 1500 bars will be given away. Once this amount has been exhausted, no more bars will be given away.
Participants cannot enter more than once. No responsibility will be taken for lost bars. Bars will be sent to the address specified in the participant's entry form. Rights Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
