CONDITIONS OF ENTRY By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Defected Pty Ltd (t/a The Defectors) ABN 22 140 475 798 of 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst, New South Wales, Telephone (02) 9993 0450 on behalf of Wasabi Frog Limited t/a Boohoo.com, a company incorporated and registered in the United Kingdom with company number 05723154 whose registered office is at 49-51 Dale Street, Manchester M1 2HF.
The Promotion commences at 01.01pm AEDT on 11 March 2013
and closes at 16.59pm AEDT on 22 March 2013 (Promotion Period). Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 13 years or older (Entrant). ENTRANTS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST HAVE PARENTAL/GUARDIAN APPROVAL TO ENTER AND THE PARENT/GUARDIAN OF THE ENTRANT MUST READ AND CONSENT TO THESE CONDITIONS. PARENTS/GUARDIANS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE PROMOTER TO ENTER INTO A FURTHER AGREEMENT AS EVIDENCE OF CONSENT TO THIS PROMOTION. AN ENTRANT’S ENTRY INTO THE PROMOTION WILL BE DEEMED TO BE A REPRESENTATION THAT THE ENTRANT IS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OR BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13 AND 18 AND ENTERING THIS CONTEST WITH THE PERMISSION OF A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN WHO AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES. https://www.facebook.com/BoohooAUSTRALIA and tell us “why your style is out of this world” in 25 words or less on the entry form on the boohoo.com.au Facebook page so that it is received during the Promotion Period (Entry).
Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.
The total Prize Pool is valued at $1380. There are 10 (10) Prizes valued at $138.00 each. Each prize is $100 credit to spend at boohoo.com.au and an Adult Double Pass to “The Host” at Hoyts (valued at $38.00). Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. Please allow up to 30 days for fulfilment of prizes from being notified as a winner.
Judging will take place at 12pm on Monday 25 March 2013 at 3/145 William St, Darlinghurst, New South Wales. The judges will select the Prize Winners based on the creativity and originality of their entry. Each Winner will be contacted via phone or email by 27 March 2013. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Wasabi Frog Limited and not to Facebook.
In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Wasabi Frog Limited database. The Promoter and Wasabi Frog Limited may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Wasabi Frog Limited Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of Wasabi Frog Limited. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database.
