Terms and Conditions:

1.Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.The Promoter is Telstra Corporation Limited ABN 33 051 775 556 of 400 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 ("Promoter").
3.The Promotion will be open from 9.00am Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("AEDST") on 25 February 2013 and will continue until 5.00pm AEDST on 18 March 2013 ("Promotion Period").
4.Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over ("Eligible Entrants"), excluding management and other employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies (and their immediate families), who are directly associated with the Promotion.
5.To enter and be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: 1.visit the Telstra Facebook page located at www.facebook.com/Telstra ("Website") and navigate to the Promotion;
2."Like" the Telstra Facebook page and connect to the Promotion App on Facebook ("App");
3.create your own movie poster by selecting a movie background from one of the generic movie themes available ("Movie Poster");
4.create and enter a made-up name and tagline for the movie that best suits your selection and made-up names for the leading characters;
5.upload a photo of yourself into the hero's image. The image must be in JPEG format, sized at less than 1MB; and
6.complete the entry form providing full name, contact number and email address,
 ("Eligible Entry"). The Eligible Entrant acknowledges that their entry (including their photo) may be uploaded to a gallery in the App and the Website for public viewing, after their entry is approved by the Promoter.
6.Only one Eligible Entry per Eligible Entrant will be accepted.
7.The entry must be: 1.the original, independent work of the Eligible Entrant; and
2.free from any copyright claims, including any literary, dramatic, performance, artistic or musical rights and/or trade mark claims by other parties.
 The Eligible Entrant represents and warrants to the Promoter that their entry complies with this clause.
8.By entering the Promotion the Eligible Entrant agrees and acknowledges that the prize may include travel to Western Australia as early as 1 April 2013.
9.Judging of all Eligible Entries received during the Promotion Period will take place on 19 March 2013. The judging will take place at Level 2, 400 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000. Judging will be conducted by a representative of the Promoter. This is a game of skill only and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
10.The Eligible Entrant with the most creative Movie Poster, as determined by the judge in their sole discretion, will receive from the Promoter a Movie Experience package, valued at up to $6,502 (inc GST), consisting of the following: 1.return economy airfares for two adults from the winner's nearest capital city to the Perth, with transportation to the shoot location, valued at up to $4,000 (inc GST) (unless the winner's nearest capital city is Perth, in which case this component of the prize is forfeited);
2.three nights twin share accommodation at a minimum three star hotel in Western Australia (both in Perth, and the shoot location, if necessary) including breakfast daily, valued at $1500 (inc GST);
3.return airport/hotel transfers in Western Australia, valued at $150 (incl GST);
4.a non speaking walk-on role for the upcoming movie 'Son of a Gun' being filmed on location in Western Australia on a single date to be confirmed during April 2013 for the Prize winner only. (For the avoidance of doubt, the guest of the Prize winner will not be able to accompany them on location.);
5.a Nokia Lumia 920 handset, valued at $672 (inc GST) and a Pre-Paid Micro SIM Starter Kit valued at $30 (inc GST); and
6.two Inseason tickets for the winner and a friend to a screening of Son of a Gun (with hospitality included) to coincide with the release of the film in Australia in 2013 or 2014, valued at $150 (inc GST). (Inseason tickets are standard cinema tickets during the film's cinema release.),
 ("Prize").
11.The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing by email by 27 March 2013.
12.In the event that the prize has not been claimed by 9.00am AEDST on 29 March 2013, it will be distributed at the Promoter's absolute discretion.
General13.The total Prize pool value is up to $6,502 (including GST).
Prize Conditions14.The Prize details are as follows: 1.the Prize is not transferable, exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash;
2.the walk-on role is a non-speaking role in the Australian feature film 'Son of a Gun' which is planned to be in production in Western Australia between 1 April 2013 – 30 April 2013;
3.the actual scene in which the winner will appear will be decided by the production company for the movie ("Production Company") and filmed within one day;
4.the date and time of the walk-on role will be determined by the Production Company. The winner will be advised and airfares and accommodation as specified will be booked and provided. The winner and their guest may need to leave with short notice;
5.an agent to the Production Company will provide a chaperone for the entire period during which the Prize winner is on the set;
6.the Prize winner must comply with the directions given by the Production Company or their agent at all times whilst on set;
7.in order to be able to claim their Prize, the Prize winner may be required to sign: 1.a release and indemnity form;
2.a confidentiality agreement; and
3.other documentation covering Public Indemnity Insurance;

8.photography will not be allowed on the set;
9.the Production Company cannot guarantee that the scene in which the walk-on role is part, will appear in the final production;
10.the Production Company may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilise the scene in which the walk-on role is part in whichever way they choose;
11.the Prize winner grants to the Production Company a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable license to use the footage in which they appear for whatever purpose (without attribution or credit);
12.the winner acknowledges that the Promoter does not guarantee that any of the actors from the movie will be available or on the set on the date that the winner is on set for their walk-on role; and
13.the winner is requested to promote and share their experience online and in social media (subject to the terms of any confidentiality agreement signed by the winner at the request of the Production Company). The Promoter will provide further details to the winner in relation to this request.

15.The Nokia Lumia 920 handset is locked to the Telstra network and fees will apply if the Prize winner unlocks the device to use with another network. All costs associated with the Prize (other than as set out in clause 10), including all costs associated with the connection to the Telstra network or any other network is the responsibility of the Prize winner. Once the $30 Pre-Paid credit has been utilised the Prize winner must recharge at their own expense.
16.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information provided will only be used for this Promotion.
17.Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this promotion should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The Promoter releases Facebook from each Eligible Entry into the Promotion.
18.The Promoter shall not be liable for any prize that may be lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way before, or after, it reaches the winner.
19.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize.
20.If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of equal or greater monetary value to the nominated prize.
21.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The Promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times.
22.If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations.
23.Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry mechanism in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win and it is within the Promoter's discretion to not display, or remove entries, from the App public gallery and the Website.
24.Incomplete, illegible or incorrect entries or entries containing offensive or defamatory comments, or which breach any law or infringe any third party rights, including intellectual property rights, are not eligible to win.
25.The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of entry. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and binding on each entrant and no correspondence will be entered into.
26.To the extent that these terms are unenforceable or do not comply with the law, that term is to be read down, or excluded to the extent required to comply with the law.
27.By entering the Promotion, the entrant understands and agrees that the Promoter may use and disclose the information provided by the entrant on the terms and for the purposes (including marketing) of conducting this promotion and for other purposes of collection as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Statement available at http://www.telstra.com.au/privacy/ or by calling 1800 039 059, as if they were a customer of the Promoter. The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion or communicating with entrants and to State and Territory lottery departments and winners' names may be published as required under the relevant legislation. The entrant agrees that the Promoter can continue to contact them even after this Promotion ends. If the entrant would like to access or correct the personal information that the Promoter holds about the entrant, or if the entrant does not wish the information to be disclosed, the entrant should advise the Promoter by phoning 1800 039 059.
28.By entering into the Promotion, the entrant agrees and acknowledges that: 1.the Eligible Entry is owned by the Promoter, and they may be contacted by the Promoter to provide comments about the competition and the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter) may take photos of them;
2.the Promoter may use the Eligible Entry and such comments or photos (the "Materials") for the Promoter's future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them;
3.the Promoter may duplicate, alter, adapt and utilise the Materials as the Promoter wishes at any time, anywhere, and by any means. The Promoter may license, authorise or otherwise transfer the rights in the Materials to others to do the same;
4.they grant to the Promoter on creation of the Materials a royalty free, perpetual, exclusive and irrevocable licence to use the Materials for whatever purpose;
5.they unconditionally and irrevocably consent to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe any of their moral rights in the Materials (as defined in Part IX of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)) and present and future rights of a similar nature conferred by statute anywhere in the world whether occurring before or after this consent is given ("Moral Rights");
6.they waive all Moral Rights in the Materials that arise outside Australia; and
7.they agree not to institute, maintain or support any claim or proceeding for infringement of their Moral Rights in the Materials.
29.To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or indirect loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
30.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning the Prize.
