1. By participating in the Open Road Win an APT Adventure to Vietnam and Cambodia promotion (Promotion), you will be deemed to have: (a) accepted these terms and conditions; and (b) expressly consented to our use of your personal information under the Privacy Act, Spam Act and other related communication and legislation for marketing and other NRMA business purposes.
2. The promoter is National Roads and Motorists' Association Limited, trading as NRMA Motoring & Services ABN 77 000 010 506 of 9A York St, Sydney, NSW 2000 (Promoter).
3. The Promotion commences at 9am (AEST) on 1 March 2013 and entries close at 5pm (AEST) on 2 May 2013 (Promotional Period).
4. Entry is open to NRMA Members who are over the age of 18 years and are NSW or ACT residents.
How to Enter
5. Entries will only be received within the Promotional Period. To enter this Promotion, during the Promotional Period you must:
a) register online at

b) remove the Promotion coupon from Open Road magazine and mail via standard post to Open Road Win a Trip Competition, PO Box 1026, Strathfield NSW 2135.6. Your entry must include your name, address, email, telephone number and any other information so requested. Entries are limited to one entry per person.
7. This is a game of chance and skill plays no part. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
8. All entries, once submitted, become the property of the Promoter.
Eligibility
9. Employees of the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as this term is defined in the Corporations Act) and such employees' immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
10. To protect the integrity of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify, at any time (including after the closing of the Promotion) the validity of all entries (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits invalid, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries or tampers with the entry process or uses any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means to submit repeated entries.
Draws and Prizes
11. All draws will take place at the premises of SARB MANAGEMENT GROUP PTY LTD TRADING AS DATABASE CONSULTANTS AUSTRALIA (ABN 28 548 551 396), Level 5, 355 Spencer Street, West Melbourne, VIC 3003 at 11am (AEST) on 19 May 2013.
12. There is one (1) prize to be given away. The first valid entry drawn from the total number of entries received will win an APT Touring 12 Day Vietnam and Cambodia Highlights Escorted Tour and Cruise for 2 people which includes:
a) 2 Return economy airfares ex-Sydney including taxes
b) 7 night cruise through Mekong River, Vietnam and Cambodia, in a Category C Cabin twin share with all meals on board included,
c) Guided excursions for 2 people
d) 2 nights in a hotel in Saigon, Vietnam for 2 people twin share
e) 2 nights in a hotel Siem Reap, Cambodia for 2 people twin share
f) Port taxes, gratuities and sundries for 2 people
13. The Prize must be taken as per the APT Touring schedule set for the 12 Day Vietnam and Cambodia Highlights Escorted Tour and Cruise. Tour departure dates are limited to the following: 29 June 2013, 13 July 2013, 20 July 2013, 3 August 2031, 10 August 2013, 17 August 2013 or 21 December 2013. No variations to these dates or the Tour schedule will be accepted.
14. Bookings can only be made within six months of the nominated departure date.
15. The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking, and the Prize supplier reserves the right to offer alternative dates and/or itineraries.
16. Travel insurance is not included and it is recommended the winner takes out travel insurance prior to travel.
17. The Prize does not include transfers, allowances or any other ancillary costs such as out of pocket costs, expenses for food and beverages (except as otherwise stated within these terms and conditions) or excess baggage.
18. The total prize pool value is $10,690 with individual components valued at:
a) Return economy airfares ex-Sydney, including taxes for 2 people, $2500 (including airfares $850 + 400 taxes per person)
b) 7 night cruise through Mekong River, Vietnam and Cambodia, in a Category C Cabin with all meals on board included, for 2 people twin share, $4590
c) Guided excursions for 2 people, $1700
d) 2 nights in a hotel in Saigon, Vietnam for 2 people twin share, $600
e) 2 nights in a hotel Siem Reap, Cambodia for 2 people twin share, $600
f) Port taxes, gratuities and sundries for 2 people, $700
19. The Prize value is correct at time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the Prize value.
20. If the Prize (or part of the Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) with a prize of equal value or specification, subject to any written directions given by the appropriate State or Territory Lottery Departments. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the Prize. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
21. Prize is not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable for cash and it is non-commissionable.
22. The winner will be notified by email on 21 May 2013 and the winner's name will be published on
www.mynrma.com.au/openroad on 23 May 2013. Only the winner will receive written notification. If the winner cannot be reached within 2 months at the email address, address or telephone number provided on their entry then they will unfortunately be disqualified and their prize made eligible for redraw under clause 24.
23. If for any reason a winner does not take their prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, or chooses not to participate in the Promotion or claim their prize, then that prize(or element thereof), will be forfeited.
24. The draw for an unclaimed Prize will take place at 11am (AEST) on 21 July 2013, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, and the subsequent winner will receive an email and have their name published on
www.mynrma.com.au/openroad on 23 July 2013.

25. The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at
www.mynrma.com.au . Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. The Promoter will also endeavour to provide you with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications. You should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use your personal information (such as name, age, membership number and image, mobile phone number, email address) and any other information provided to the Promoter pursuant to this Promotion without remuneration or compensation to you for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you and promoting the NRMA, its business and related companies.
Limitation of Liability
28. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss (including indirect and consequential loss) suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner. This clause does not affect any rights a consumer may have which are unable to be excluded under Australian law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability of the Promoter or its employees or agents for breach of any such rights is limited to the payment of the costs of having the prize supplied Subject to the approval of the relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments, the Promoter may:
a) modify or suspend the Promotion if all entrants participating in the competition until that point are notified of the changes to these Conditions of Entry, upon notification of any such changes, the affected entrants may terminate their participation in the competition without any liability to the entrant; or
b) terminate or cancel the Promotion.
The Promoter will not be liable for any modification, suspension, termination or cancellation.
29. Failure by again.
30. the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
