3. To be eligible to enter this co
mpetition, each entrant must purchase from the sele
cted range of Peter
Rabbit products featured on

uding order number;
proof of purchase is required to enter competition.
4. This competition is open to Aus
tralian residents only. Employees and agents of th
e Promoter, its parent
company, subsidiaries, affiliates and their familie
s; and anyone else in any way involved in the devel
opment,
production, or administration of this competition,
are not eligible to enter.
5. The competition closes in Austr
alia at 11:59pm AEST on Friday 5 April, 2013. The P
romoter accepts no
liability for any late or delayed entries howsoever
caused, including any lost or misdirected entries
not received by the
closing date. Without limitation, this includes any
late, damaged or non-delivery of entries caused by
malfunctioning
or failure of any computer or telecommunications ne
tworks, equipment, servers, connections or lines; o
r by any
software defects, bugs or physical or online traffi
c congestion; or through any human errors and any o
ther acts or
omissions whether or not negligent or intentional.
6. Competition judging will commen
ce Monday 8 April, 2013 at Angus & Robertson, 707 C
ollins Street,
Melbourne VIC 3008.
7. The winners will be notified by
email. Prizes must be claimed within 10 working da
ys of the date of the
written notification.
8. Any prize that is unclaimed aft
er 10 working days will automatically lapse and the
Promoter reserves the
right to offer the unclaimed prize to the entrant w
hose entry was judged to be the second best.
9.
By entering this competition each ent
rant confirms that his/her entry is their wholly-ow
ned creation. Any
entry that makes use of any third party materials m
ust be fully cleared prior to entry unless they are
no longer
protected by copyright or other intellectual proper
ty rights. Each entrant agrees to indemnify and kee
p the Promoter
harmless from any claims arising in connection with
his/ her entry, including without limitation any c
laim of
infringement of any personal or proprietary right o
f any person.
11. The submission of an entry automat
ically constitutes and is deemed a grant by the ent
rant to the
Promoter of a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusiv
e licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adap
t, make available,
communicate to the public and distribute the entry
(or any part thereof) for any purpose throughout th
e world in any
media now known or hereafter invented. Each entrant
hereby unconditionally and irrevocably consents to
any of the
foregoing acts being done with respect to his/ her
entry without attribution of authorship. Each entra
nt undertakes to
complete any necessary documentation to formalise t
he licence. Please do not submit materials to us if
you do not
want to grant such rights to the Promoter.
12. All entries become the property of
Angus & Robertson, a division of Pearson Australia
Group Pty Ltd.
13. The judges’ decision is final and
no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Prize is a Peter Rabbit plush toy valued at
RRP $189 each. There are two (2) plush Peter Rabbit
toys to
give away.
15. Prize is not transferable and not
redeemable for cash or any other goods or services.
If for any reason
the promotion is not capable of running as planned,
the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discre
tion (subject
always to any direction given by a relevant authori
ty) to cancel, terminate, extend, modify or suspend
the competition
or the prize at any time. The Promoter may at its s
ole discretion disqualify any entry where the entry
or its submission
does not comply with any of these Competition Terms
and Conditions, or any individual who tampers or i
nterferes
with the participation process.
16. Each entrant consents to the colle
ction and use of his/ her personal information by t
he Promoter for
purposes related to the Promotion (including withou
t limitation notifying and publicly announcing the
entrant
determined to be the winner) or for direct marketin

on with, the prize or use thereof, the entrant’s en
try, or this
competition including (but not limited to) personal
injury and damage to property and whether direct,
indirect, special,
consequential or foreseeable, and whether due to so
