2. Entry is only open to residents of NSW, VIC, WA and QLD. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to all terms and conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to this Promotion.
4. The “Mt Zion” online promotion commences on Wednesday 14/03/2013 and closes 11:59pm AEST on Wednesday 20/03/2013 (“Promotional Period”).
5. One (1) winner will be selected from combined entries from both Hoyts Insider and Hoyts Rewards clubs and will be notified by 5pm on Thursday 21st March, 2013, via phone and in writing; via email. If the winner does not respond to contact made by Thursday 28th March 2013, by 5pm the prize will be forfeited and redrawn to the next available winner. No replacement prize will be given.
6. To enter, entrants must be a member of either the Hoyts Insider or Hoyts Rewards and visit
www.hoyts.com.au during the promotional period to purchase a ticket to ‘Mt Zion’ and complete their online entry by answering in 25 words or less: “If you could ask Stan Walker one question what would it be and why?" Non-members can sign up to either the Hoyts Insider or Hoyts Rewards during the promotional period and complete the same entry process as outlined above.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

www.hoyts.com.au to ‘Mt Zion’ are permitted subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per member; (b) entry must be submitted by answering the promotional question in 25 words or less; and (c) entry must be submitted in accordance with entry requirements.
10. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit. All entries must be the original independent creation of the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in other competitions. The best valid entries from both Hoyts Insider and Hoyts Rewards Members will be judged by Hoyts Corporation as the best/most creative entries and only one will win the major prize. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entrant submitting an entry which, in the opinion of the judges, includes objectionable content, including but not limited to profanity, nudity, potentially insulting, scandalous, inflammatory or defamatory images or language. 13. Winner must be available on the day available as nominated by Stan Walker. No other day will be arranged. If winner cannot attend the prize will be forfeited.
14. Prize must be taken within 6 months of the draw date. Meet and greet to take place between March 21, 2013 and September 26, 2013.
15. Travel Conditions: Package is based on 2 people sharing a room. All elements are subject to availability at time of booking. Winner may be required to produce credit card upon check in to hotel for any incidentals.
16. The Promoter, prize provider and activity operators, in their absolute discretion, at all times reserve the right to: (a) prevent any winner and/or their companion from participating in the Activity if, at any time, they reasonably believe that they pose a safety risk or for any other reason; and/or (b) cancel the Activity if the conditions are deemed dangerous. (c) vary and/or substitute the prize (or part thereof) without notice with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a State and/or Territory regulatory authority.
17. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner and companion must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize Providers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
18. Any charges incurred for changes to confirmed flight, hotel and car bookings are at the expense of the winner.
19. In the event that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right, subject to the approval of any relevant trade lottery authority, to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
20. Travel documents including passports and visas must be current and valid at time of competition draw date. All travel documentation is the responsibility of the entrant to maintain validity. If the winners travel documents including Passports and Visas are not valid at time of competition draw date, the prize will be forfeited and redrawn to the next available valid winner. No replacement prize will be given.
21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant's name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
