Terms & Conditions1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. To be eligible to enter the Mitchell Centre Win $1000 Easter Bonus Card major prize draw competition, participants must be residents of the Northern Territory, aged 15 years and over and be able to show proof of residency.
3. The promotion commences Monday 18 March 2013 and concludes at 9am Thursday 28 March 2013. No entries will be accepted after this time.
4. To enter the Win $1000 Easter Bonus Card major prize draw competition: participants must either scan the QR Codes located on promotion cards or posters within the Centre (which will take them automatically to the Competition entry screen on the Mitchell Centre website), or visit the Mitchell Centre website directly. The Competition screen/page will prompt participants to enter their name, contact number, email address and postal code in order to enter the competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.
5. All major prize draw entries will be stored within a numbered database ready for a barrel draw to corresponding numbers conducted at 12 noon on the 28th of March. The barrel draw will take place at the Centre under supervision of Mitchell Centre management.
All information provided when entering the major prize draw is confidential and participants can choose whether any further promotions or correspondence can be directed to them.
6. Winners will be notified by phone or email with names published on the Mitchell Centre facebook page and website on 2 April 2013.
7. The 1st prizewinner will be supplied a participating stores list. From this list they must nominate up to three stores in which they can spend their prize monies. These stores must be nominated by the prizewinner within one week of being notified. Only these nominated stores will be eligible for the prizewinner to spend the $1000 Easter Bonus cash, within one month of issue and collection of the prize. Terms and conditions and a supporting Receipt Book will be provided upon collection of the 1st prize.
The Easter Bonus Card and Receipt Book will remain the property and responsibility of the winner, neither items will be replaced or reimbursed if stolen or lost.
8. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
9. Total Prizes for the Win $1000 Easter Bonus Card Competition consists of;
* 1st Prize: 1 x $1000 Easter Bonus Card valid for one month after issue date at participating Mitchell Centre stores only
* 2nd Prize: 1 x Mitchell Centre Easter Gift Basket, valued at approximately $450.00
Collection of prizes will be arranged on behalf of the Mitchell Centre by First Class in Graphic Design from Thursday 28 March 2013.
10. Employees of Retailers in the Mitchell Centre, Centre Management, their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are exempt from this promotion.
11. The promoter is The Mitchell Centre, 55-59 Mitchell Street, Darwin.
No NT permit number is required for this trade promotion.
